"We didn't fucking kill them!"
"Yeah, well calm your shit Tristan. There were too many of them."
With a huff Tristan agrees, and the gang keeps running until gunshots and yelling were barely heard in the distance.
"We can't keep running; they'll catch up. They'll get the 4 wheelers soon."
I grunt, "Run. I'll hold them off."
Everyone stops mid-run and.......silence until:
"Hello no Noah!" Screams Tristan, "Not my baby brother. I won't let you."
I smile, "You've always got me out of trouble Trist. Let me have this one."
"No."
I turn to the others, "Run."
Strong and firm he says, "I said no."
"I got this, I'm not a baby anymore." I growl out, "Guys, take him please."
Reluctant, then with a nod; they run while literally dragging my brother.
I reload my gun and get ready.
"Fuck shit up Noah!" I hear from a distance.
I turn and see them as specks in the distance.
My resolve hardens and I smirk.
"I will" I call back as I run into the direction of the destruction we caused.
