MERRY CHRISTMAS EVE EVERYBODY!!
less than 8 hours to Christmas, yay!
And my working out is going AMAZINGLY better!!!
I have been doing some more exercise - just a little bit, but it still is helping.
And this girl I follow on instagram, trulyjess, is some kind of fitness trainer, and she's alwasy posting stuff about 'Clean Start' and stuff.
Clean Start / Restart is pretty much all about eating raw foods and reallly healthy foods, and cutting out unnecessary sugar - kind of like a detox, I guess.
But today I decided to start my own clean start - I'm eating fruit and vegetables, and when I get hungry, instead of eating an iceblock or something bad, I make a milkshake - my favourite, COMPLETELY healthy milkshakes are banana and cinnamon, and banana and mango.
Amazing foods that are really healthy :D And I feel SO good!
This morning I weighed 91.7, an improvement on my last weigh-in. So I'm going to go a week without weighing myself, and see how I weigh in on the next monday (I think that will be the 2 of january?).
I'm aiming for 1kg, with exercise, but I can't wait for the results guys!! I can't believe I nearly lost all my motivation; I can't thank anyone enough for the continual encouragement <3 love you all!! xo
