I slowly regain my consciousness as I heard the sound of my breathing. What happened to me? Why did I passed out that time? I clearly remembered that I did nothing to Maximilien that time so why did I lost consciousness?

"Miss is finally awake!" I was surprised by Lina's cry
I looked around and saw many people in front of me.
And even more surprised when people suddenly came here. Annoying...
"My daughter!"
I suddenly smiled when I saw mom. Maybe she was very worried about me.
"I'm glad that you're safe" she cupped my face and I can see her worried expression.
I hugged her so I can say that I'm okay.
"It must be tough for you" I was startled when father suddenly spoke
Why is he here? I doubt that he cares about me. An unknown person is also here, Neron and Arthur, and seriously, Max? Forget it, as long as Mother, and the others are here it made me happy.
"What happened to me?" I asked
"I believe that you had just awaken your magic, Miss" said the light-blue haired middle aged man
"And you are?" I asked
"I'm the Imperial magician, you can call me Letto, my lady. I was ordered by the emperor to heal you but I found out that you had just awaken your magic" he answered
Awaken my magic? That's absurd, I didn't have any magic in my past life. Only Ivellina has magic, and she inherited the magic of Lascena family, the bloodlust eyes.
Our red eyes is the proof that we are a Lacsena. Our eyes will beam and create a dark and eerie aura that can intimidate people just by looking at them. The inheritor of the magic of our eyes will passed by each generations. Father is the one who inherit the bloodlust eyes and he is a manipulator.
The function of the eyes will determine by a sequence; Ze, In, Pi, and Mon. Ze is the ability to see everything inside 300 meter radius. It can also zoom in everything like a microscope. In is the ability to see things even though it was covered or kept in a box. It is used to see-through objects that are not seen. For example, you can use In to see what's inside the box. Next is Pi, Pi is an ability of a pictographic memory. He can clearly recall the scenery in his mind and can even draw a whole art just by looking at it in one second. Its user's memory didn't last, as long as he lives. And lastly, the Mon. Mon is the ability to manipulate other people's mind just by looking at their eyes, it was the very dangerous yet powerful ability of our eyes.
Lascena who inherit the Mon ability had a hard time to properly use it. Some of them died because the power backfired in them. They lost their insanity because they didn't properly controlled their power. But Father was one of those who succeeded in controlling it, I heard a rumour before that he was first undergo harsh trainings and tortures in order to master the ability.
I can't possibly inherit the bloodlust eyes, this generation will be the ability of Ze, it's pretty good ability. But what magic do I have?
"You are a spell caster, my lady" the Letto said
Everyone in the room gasps on what they heard. Wtf, I'm really a witch! This is bad...
"Tha-That's impossible!" Arthur gasped in shock

Mom seemed to be happy because father is treating her nice. Because of this, I'm happy too. But mom, it's only temporary when the time comes, I'll explain everything to you.
"Oh by the way, Prince Alexis is here. He's in the guest hall, right now." said Arthur
"Someone is really worried about you" Neron winked at me

I slowly stood up from laying down in bed and I hugged mom and Lina and then exchange goodbyes. I will talk to mom later after I deal with Alexis. I need to cast him out of my life.
We're proceeding to the guest hall and while walking, I noticed Max is following us.
"Why is that guy following us?" I said in irritated tone
"Oh this guy? This guy already offered his life to you. It's his job to secure your safety." Neron replied
I know what's happened while I was unconscious, he must be crying and pleading to compensate my life because of what happened. Poor, Maximilien.
"But doesn't he a general's son? What if they found out?" I said
"Maximilien was the second son of Ferrel family and I believe that they are willing to give their son as your personal guard when he already come of age. There's no greater honor they will achieve when their son will be the knight if the future queen." Arthur replied
Queen my ass, I won't marry Alexis!
Max looks like a kind man but have a weak mind. Besides, he wasn't that bad, he has the looks. But I doubt that he is strong, his emotional state proves it. I don't want him to follow me around, he have to wait until he's already an adult.
"Brother Neron and brother Arthur is enough for me. I don't need him now, he will began his duty when he's already a knight." I said in serious tone
"Y-Yes... " mumbled Arthur
"So that's it.. " added Neron
I looked back when I noticed that their words are stuttering. As I turn my head, I saw them blushing. What is the problem with them?
"You hear that, Maximilien? She only need her brothers, you doesn't belong here!" Neron teased

Soon, we already reached the guest hall and saw Alexis sitting on the couch while sipping tea. He noticed our presence and we exchange greetings.
"What brings you here?" I asked coldly
"I came here to check you. Are you okay? " Alexis said and he stood up in his seat. He would have touch me but I swayed his hands out of me.
"Yes, nothing to worry about. I just awaken my powers that's why I passes out"
"Really, that's a relief" he replied and then sit in the coach again
Why is he acting like he cared for me at all?
"Where's Achyls?" I asked
He suddenly spit the tea in surprise. My cousins are also surprised on what I asked.
"Why are you asking for my brother?" he asked after coughing
"Why would I tell you?"
"You.. " he turned down his head and clench his fists
"Adel, it's me! Why do you changed? Why do you suddenly ignoring me?" he yelled
He's emotions are eating him up and I can say that he's really mad. I was surprised when he suddenly grab my hand and his grip is so strong that it could break my arms.
"I'm a prince! And you are destined to be with me! You are my future wife so why are you being so unreasonable?!"
Soon after Alexis grab my arm, Neron and Arthur pick up their swords and pointed it to the Alexis's neck. Their attitude is scary and their aura is intimidating.
"Prince, don't go overboard "Neron stared at Alexis
But the prince's knights also point their swords to Neron and Arthur's neck.
"Bring down your weapons!" I command
A power of mine suddenly released from my body and all who had pointed their swords drop their swords because of my spell. I looked at Alexis with a serious eyes.

"Yes, I will prove myself to you Adel. Just you wait. I'll make you fall in love with me" he said and I can see the guilt in his eyes. Then that was his last words until he finally left the mansion
