Sameer told Rohan about the situation as they sat their trying to figure out what to do. Sameer suggested that they should talk to Palak's parents as they are also forced into this.
Naina:"Sameer tum baat karo me jake Palak ko dekhti hoon. Aur humhe kuch jaldi karna pardega kyunki 5 ghante me shaadi "
Sameer:"hmm"
Naina headed back into the room to see Preeti walking back and forth thinking something while Palak sat on the bed lost in her thoughts.
Naina:"Accha Palak. Tumhe jitna bhi pata hai us....us...uncle ji?(She said the last part in confusion as she didn't what to call that man)
Preeti:"Itni izzat mat the uss bhude ko Naina"
Naina:"Jo bhi hai. unke baare me muhje sab batao. Jitna tumhe pata hai"
Palak:"Didi muhje sirf inta pata hai ki woh ek 63 saal ka bhudha hai. Kuch bardi post pe hain. Gaon ke pass jo chota city like town area hai wahan ka. "
Meanwhile outside...
Sameer and Rohan made Palak's parents sit down and explain to them that they can help. At first, this scared them more as how can 4 kids help them, but then seeing no other option they listen to the boys. After talking to Palak's parents, Sameer and Rohan headed back to their home where they could ask Rakesh, Anand and Tauji for assistance as tauji is a lawyer himself.
Naina:"Preeti mantri kuch kar sakte kya"
Preeti:"Pata nahi. Per ek gaon ka mantri kya bigard lega uska. "
Naina:"Accha Sameer tauji se baat karne gaya hai. Woh toh law use kar sakte hain na"
Palak:"Naina di meri age se farak nahi pardega. Ek hafte baad mera 18 Birthday hai"
Preeti:"Haan Naina age se farak nahi pardne wala inhe. Jab tak yeh baat court me pochengi woh 18 ki ho gayegi"
Naina:"Toh hum kar kya sakte hain yaar"
Preeti:"I think humhe papa aur tauji ka wait karna chahiye"
At home...
Tauji:"Aare Beena ek glass paani dena"
Taiji:"laayi"
Anand:"bhaisab perso se toh pooja ka uthsav bhi start hoga. Matlab kal se tayarion me pura din chala gayega"
Sameer:"Papa.."
Rohan:"Papa"(They said as they entered )
Rakesh:"Tum log yahan kya kar rahe ho. aur Naina Preeti kahan hai"
Sameer:"Papa ek problem ho gayi hai"
Chachaji:"Kya?"
Rohan:"Papa woh "(They explain the situation to the elders who listen quietly )
Chachaji:"Yeh kya kehe rahe ho tum. Bhaisab"
Tauji:"Sameer jitna tumne muhje bataya hai uske hisab se yahan koyi case nahi ban sakte tha. Palakek hafte me 18 ki ho gayegi aur law me kahin pe bhi nahi likha hai ki agar age gap zayda hai toh shaadi nahi ho sakti"
Anand:"Per bhaisab blackmailing ka toh case ban sakta hai"
Rakesh:"Haan aur agar mukiya saath dega toh case file jaldi ho jayega"
Tauji:"Haan yeh ho sakta hai."
Sameer:"Humhe jo bhi karna hai jaldi karna hoga warna 3 ghante me shaadi hai."
Rakesh:"Anand tum aur Bhaisab mukiya ke ghar jake unhe situation batao tab tak me Sameer or Rohan ke saath jata hoon"(Anand and Tauji left while as Rakesh was about to leave Taiji and Bela enter)
Chachiji:"Rakesh Bhaisab hum bhi chale kya. Behenji wahan akele hogi aur Naina Preeti toh Palak ke Saath"
Rohan:"haan chaliye na maa"
They all headed back to Palak's house.
In Palak's house...
Chachaji and Beena was talking to Palak's mom while Rakesh along with Rohan was discussing the situation with Palak's dad. Sameer headed to talk to Naina who was inside with Palak and Preeti.
Sameer:(He knocks on the wooden door before entering)"Naina.."
Naina:"Sameer kya hua.."
Sameer:"Chachaji aur tauji mukiyaji se baat karne gaye hai."
Preeti:"Jijaji..2 ghante baad woh yahan aate hi honge"
Sameer:"Actually woh yahan aayenge tabhi toh plan suru hoga"
Naina:"Plan?"
Sameer:"Haan..Abhi tauji aate hi honge phir woh or papa pass ke ek shere se court ke order lane jayenge. Tab tak humhe kuch bhi karke is shaadi ko taalna hai. Per jab police aayegi tab unhe yeh dikhna chahiye ki Palak ki shaadi jabarzashti ho rahi hai"
Naina:"Per woh adami agar Palak pe kuch dalde toh"
Sameer:"Naina ishi liye toh hum wahan pe honge. Eyewitness! Pura gaon jab yeh bolega ki yeh shaadi jabardashti ki hai along with the mukhiya toh case toh banega. Uper se tumhara tauji case handle karenge and tum toh janti hi ho how good he is"
Preeti:"Kya plan hai jijaji. Wah!"
Sameer:"Palak I know tumhe thorin Derek aur uss admi ke pass rehena pardega but I promise me usko jail ke peeche dal ke hi rahonga. Tum darna mat okay"
Palak:"Thank you jijaji "(Sameer smiles at her before giving Naina a reassuring smile and heading out)
Few mins after they hear Tauji and Anand enter with few other people from the goan. Sameer discusses the same plan with them before Tuaji along with Rakesh set of to the near town. Now only 1 hour was left till the wedding would start. Pandit ji even came in to set up for the wedding.
Sameer:"Pandit ji aap please humhara ek kaam karenge"
Pandit:"Ji beta"
Sameer:"Yeh shaadi nahi honi chahiye"
Pandit:"Kya?"
Rohan:"Pandit ji aapki has nataak karna hai shaadi karwane ka aur paise and ki chinta mat kijiye hum aapko uska double dedenge per yeh shaadi nahi honi chahiye warna ek innocent lardki ki zindagi barbad ho gayegi "
Pandit:"Theek hai beta. Per me sirf kuch der ke liye hi shaadi tal sakta hoon."
Sameer:"Ji Pandit ji"
As per the Plan, The whole goan was invited to the wedding and each of them were made aware of the situation. In Palak's room, Naina and Preeti along with the other ladies helped Palak get ready in the wedding dress for the upcoming act. Everyone was tensed and hoped the plan worked.
Now only few mins were left till the wedding event was to start. The groom had still not arrived but everyone knew that he would be here any moment. Just then Mukiya ji enters with his family and gives a nod to Sameer and Rohan.
Naina comes out and see Mukiya ji with his wife and 2 sons and his bahu. Behind them was Subham. Seeing Subham, Naina remembered yesterday's event when they went to Mukiya ji house.
Flashback to that day.....
Everyone was seated in the hall area. The elders were busy talking while Naina and Preeti were talking to Mukiya Ji's bahu. Naina looked over to see Sameer talking to kacheru's brother while Rohan and Kacheru stood there awkwardly glaring at each other. Rohan was getting angry because kacheru kept glancing at Preeti from time to time while Preeti was stuck as she couldn't calm her husband down in front of everyone and she couldn't even stand up and walk out of this situation.
Just as they were busy mingling, A man enter the house. He looked around Sameer's age. He came in and hugged the Mukiya followed by the rest of the family before he introduced himself to the the guest.
Mukiya:"Yeh mere Bade bhai ka beta hai Subham."
Subham:"Namaste"
Tauji:"Namaste beta. "
Naina listened to their conversation and heard that subham was also from Ahmedabad. After his parents death, the only family he had was the Mukiya ji family. She also learned that he works at fashion company at a great post for his age. Subham became great friends with Sameer and Rohan as their thoughts hit of really well. Plus being from city life, they had a easy time talking to about stuff.
flashback ends...
Sameer:"Hey subham"
Subham:"Sameer (He hugged Sameer as they talked for a few while. Naina walked towards them and stood by Sameer. She smiled at Subham before turning towards Sameer in a worried tone)
Naina:"Sameer Palak bahut tension me hai. Bechari ko pechale ek ghante se ghabrahat ho rahi hai."
Sameer:"I know Naina sab hi yahan tension me hain"
Subham:"Bhabhi aap tension mat lo aur usko bhi boldo tension na le. Hum sab hai uske saath"(Naina nodded. Just then a guy who looked really old like older then Tauji and everyone entered the house in groom sherwani. Naina looked down disgusted as he eyed everyone in the room especially the ladies. Palak's dad, as per the plan invited him towards the mandap while the Pandit started fake mantras to keep him busy.)
Everyone kept looking at the door hoping and tauji will arrive soon but time passed and no one came.
Groom:"oyye pandit mere hisab se toh rasam ho gayi lardki ki bulao aur jaldi yeh shaadi karwao"(The Pandit looked at Sameer who sighs and nods before looking at Naina)
Sameer:"Naina..."(Naina turns to him and gives him a worried look before heading in)
As she entered she saw Palak and Preeti standing by the door trying to see what's happening. Naina enters the room to inform Palak to go out.
Palak:"Dii I.. "
Naina:"Hum hai na wahan Palak. I promise tumhe kuch nahi hoga. Aao"
They headed outside and Naina and Preeti helped Palak settle down in the mandap. They stood near her to give her support. 20 mins passed and at this point everyone was starting to get tensed. That when they heard a voice. Everyone stopped and turned to see Police with Tauji and Rakesh standing at the door. Everyone smiled while the groom and few of his mates looked confused.
Palak stood up really quickly and run out of the Mandap near Naina and Preeti who hugged her. Romeer along with Subham came and stood their while the police entered the house.
Police:"Yeh shaadi nahi ho sakti. Aur Mr. pratap (The groom) We arrest you for blackmailing a girl and her family to marry you"
Groom:"What nonsense.."(He turns to glare at Palak's family then walks closer to Palak and speaks)"Maine tuhjse bola tha na ki yeh shaadi chup chap ho Jani chahiye warna tere gharwalo ko itna badnaam karonga ki muh dikhane layak nahi chordonga. Ab tu dekh"(He said threatening her)
Sameer:"Tum pehele aapna dekh lo"
The groom looks at Sameer before looking back at Palak and moves a little more forward as Palak flinches back. Subham sees this and comes and stands in front of her.
Subham:"Oh chacha..Aapni umer ka toh liaayz karo. Sharam aapko aani chahiye. "
Groom:"Tum bacho se kya muh lagna "
Chachaji:"Toh humse baat karo. Per jawab wahi milega "(He said walking towards them)
Groom:"Mera kya hai me toh jaise taise choot jaonga per is lardki ka kya hoga. Kaun karega isse shaadi.(Turning to Palak's dad)"Tu chahata tha na ki teri beti ki shaadi iss gaon se bahar ho. Sheher me. Kaun karega ek esi lardki se shaadi jiski shaadi choot gayi. Jab yeh baat pehele gi sheher me toh koyi bhi nahi karega is lardki se shaadi"
Palak looked down while Naina and Preeti hugged her. Naina so wanted to slap this man but she couldn't. First of all he was way elder then her and secondly they were in a small town were a girl even speaking in middle of men would make a big mess.
Subham looked down at Palak then back at the old man. He felt disgusted by the guts of this man. He also didn't know why but he felt kinda protective of Palak. The Moment he saw her in the brides dress walking to the mandap, his heart ached. He wanted to protect her from that point but he had no idea why.
Groom:(breaking Subham's thought process )"bolo kaun karega shaadi"(He said laughing. Everyone look disgusted at him when they heard a voice)
Subham:"Me karonga shaadi "(Everyone looked at him shocked)"Aur rahi baat tere chootne ki toh shayad tu janta nahi hai ki Sameer ke tauji Ahmedabad ke bahut famous lawyer hain. Aur me yeh wada karto hoon aaj tuhjse ki tuhje toh me jail ke under hi dekhonga ab kyun aaj se koyi bhi lardki woh nahi sahe gi toh Palak aur uske paariwar walo ne saha hai"(He said with a stern stone)"Le gayeg isse officer"
