Metawin who arrived at his house immediately went into his room.. He took a shower and changed his clothes to more comfortable clothes.. Then, he went downstairs to have dinner first and returned to his room to continue his work

"How was your job at the office?" an elderly man asked in his stern voice

"Don't underestimate your work, you are the CEO there.. Don't let other people easily knock you down" his father said

Then they were silent for a few moments.. Not long after, his father cleared his throat and began to speak again to his only son
"Who is your date now?" his father asked
"Huh? What do you mean dad?"
"You're old enough to get married"
Metawin was a little surprised because his father suddenly discussed this matter in front of him at this time
"Why are we suddenly discussing this topic?" Metawin asked while controlling his emotions
"You must realize that you need a wife who can support you and give you an heir" His father said in a calm tone
"But your mother said that you rejected all the lunch dates arranged by her.. Don't you know that all the women your mother chooses are daughters of respectable families?" His father continued, ignoring Metawin, who had been holding back his emotions all this time
"But I don't want to get married anytime soon"
"I'm not telling you to get married right away, but at least you have a partner who will be your future wife"
"Stop it dad, I don't want to discuss this anymore" Metawin sighed and started to get up from his chair
"Metawin! I'm not done talking to you"
"Take it easy honey, I will find him a suitable partner" His stepmother suddenly said to his father
Metawin who heard that immediately chuckled and grinned
"This is all your plan, right?" He suddenly said
"Pardon?"
"Looks like you really want me to get out of this house huh?" Metawin grinned at his stepmother
"Metawin!" His father snapped at him for being rude to his stepmother, but Metawin has passed his patience limit
"I told you I don't want to be forced but why do you guys always force me to do everything I don't like!?" He screamed at his parents but his sharp gaze was on his stepmother
"We only want the best for you" His stepmother replied calmly
"The best? What do you know about me!? You're not my mother!" Metawin screamed in anger
His father suddenly stood up and slapped Metawin's cheek hard.. The slap sounded so loud that even the one who heard it would know the pain
"Honey!" His stepmother was surprised by the sudden slap
"Apologize to your mother" His father said in a very deep voice
Metawin was still silent holding his cheek which had just been slapped by his own father
"Can't you hear anymore? Apologize to your mother now!" His father was once again angry with his son and almost slapped him again if his stepmother didn't hold his father's hand
Metawin just stared intently at his father and at his stepmother.. After that, he left from there and his father shouted again towards his son who was going upstairs
"Get out of here if you don't apologize to your mother! I don't remember having a son as impolite as you!"
Metawin grinned with hatred and kept going upstairs to his room.. When he entered his room, he immediately took a suitcase and packed some clothes and other things he needed
After he finished, he immediately came out carrying his suitcase and backpack which he had filled with his belongings.. He went downstairs and found his father and stepmother still there
"As you wish, from now on I have nothing to do with all of you.. I'm leaving" Metawin said flatly and went straight to the door to leave the house
But when he came out of the door of his house, he just realized that his car keys and phone were left behind on his bedroom.. Now he cursed himself for being careless, because there was no way he would go back just to take those two things
He gave up and left while pulling his suitcase.. He went to the main road and hailed a taxi, he plans to stay at the hotel for the next few days
Thankfully he didn't forget to bring his wallet because there was a photo of his mother in there.. He thought it was more important than his phone and car keys earlier
Arriving at the hotel, he immediately went to the reception desk to book a room for the next few days.. But when he wanted to pay, he was shocked because all of his debit and credit cards were blocked by his father
And to make matters worse, he only brought a little cash in his wallet.. Because he rarely used cash, he only brought some cash.. He mostly transacted with his debit card
Because of that, he apologized to the hotel receptionist and went out of there.. He was confused about where to go, he didn't have any friends he could ask for help
Finally, he walked into a 24-hour convenience store planning to buy a cup of hot coffee to warm himself.. But when he wanted to pay, he was surprised to see the cashier in front of him
"Is this your only order, sir?" the cashier asked
The cashier's words immediately broke Metawin's reverie
"Yes.." Metawin answered
"That'll be 20 baht, sir"
Metawin reached into his wallet and took his money.. He gave the money to the cashier while still looking at the cashier who was standing in front of him
"This is your coffee, sir"
"Thank you"
Metawin was confused whether this man really didn't remember him or whether he was not being noticed.. He walked outside and walked to a nearby park to sit down for a moment
The park looked deserted and no one passed it because it was really late.. He casually sipped his coffee while looking up at the sky and occasionally glanced around the park
But suddenly he felt water droplets dripping on his hands, and from specks turned into heavy rain.. Of course Metawin panicked and he immediately ran under the tree so he wouldn't get too wet
At this time, he increasingly cursed his stupidity again because he had forgotten his phone and car keys.. He sighed while staring at the rain which had not stopped
However, suddenly a voice distracted him.. It sounded faint, but he was sure it was someone's voice.. He pulled the head cover off his jacket and left his suitcase under the tree then walked towards the voice
"P-please don't.. d-don't hurt me.."
The voice became clearer and Metawin was shocked when he saw Bright who was trying to escape from the three people who were holding him now
Two people each held Bright's hand, while another person was forcefully unbuttoning Bright's clothes
"NO!! P-please don't- hmmp!! hmmpp!!!"
His mouth was closed by a hand and the person who unbuttoned Bright's shirt continued his activity by stroking Bright's chest.. Then the man's hand went down and began to open Bright's pants
Bright continued to struggle and his tears were almost dripping.. But Metawin quickly punched the person who wanted to harass Bright earlier then he hit the other two men.. Metawin was angry, he really wanted to kill the three people if he could
He kept hitting the three people until the three of them couldn't fight anymore and finally fled from the place.. Metawin caught his breath and cleaned his hands which were getting numb from hitting those people too hard
Then he realized that Bright was there too and he immediately went up to him and grabbed Bright's shoulder
"Hey.. hey.. are you okay?"
But Bright violently pushed Metawin's hand away and his body began to trembling
"N-No.. P-Please.. I beg you.. d-don't hurt me.. No.." Bright cried loudly as he hugged his trembling body
"Ssshhh I won't hurt you.. Calm down, you're safe.. you're safe now" Metawin slowly embraced Bright and gave calm through his gentle words
"D-Don't hurt me.. P-Please.." Bright cried loudly
"I won't hurt you.. You're safe with me.. Calm down"
Bright was still crying for a while, even they had forgotten themselves who had been drenched in heavy rain at that time.. But Metawin couldn't bear to leave Bright at this time, he knew it must be very traumatic for Bright
He continued to hug Bright and continued whispering calm words
"I'm here, you are safe with me.. I'll protect you, don't be afraid.. Don't be afraid, Bright.."
