This was a few hours after my emergency c-section with him. You can tell how weak I was here by how I was standing and how close the nurse was to me. I was determined to see my baby and to make sure he was okay. I got to hold him a few days later 💙

This is the very first time we met ever her! 🥺 It was a supervised visit at first (to make Averie comfortable and it is required by law here) Averie instantly felt comfortable with us and RJ and I fell in love!

This is the very first time I have ever revealed Benji's father's face on here. I asked his mother and sister for permission to show his face and they said yes. Benji's father was a sweet and a amazing guy, however he dealt with a lot of childhood trauma and abuse from his father which caused him to get addicted to drugs and become abusive himself. He tried rehab about five times and he just couldn't get clean. However, his mom and sister both say that he loved Aubrey and Benji very much and did everything he could for them 💔

First time ever meeting him. After being shy for most of the visit, Benji gave me and then RJ a huge hug and didn't want us to leave. It was such an amazing moment and a moment I'll never forget. This moment on I knew he was going to be our son 💚

This is when I found out I was pregnant with Coralei! I was scared to death but so happy at the same time! I never thought I would actually ever get pregnant so to finally see a positive pregnancy test was really emotional! Benji had no idea what was going on but having him in this picture makes it so cute!

I got Benji's permission to show his back burns he received as a 20 months old. Benjj gets self conscious with his burns scars sometimes but most times he forgets about them! They are barely recognizable to be honest! We are so happy he healed perfectly and he shouldn't have any problems! However, we make sure to use a lot of sunscreen on the scars so they don't get irritated or darker.

This was probably my favorite moment! When my mom, stepdad, mother-in-law, father-in-law and Grandma Janice all flew in from Florida to surprise me and to meet Luca for the first time! Grandma Janice was so excited to meet her newest great grandson and everytime she held luca he woke up 🥺😇

The day we brought Sammy home! 🐶 Joey and Daniel were taking care of him after his previous owners brought him back due to not being ready for a dog. I'm so glad that he is ours! He has made our family so much fun 😇
