"Merida..." called my mother.
"I'm going! " I said and went downstairs to the kitchen "is dinner ready?" I asked
"why did you last that much?" my mother said "dinner was ready fifteen minutes ago" she said with class
"uhm.. I was just looking for my shoes, I forgot I put them on the table and I was looking for them under my bed" I said sitting next to Harris, one of my brothers.
"alright then. Let's have dinner. How was your day?" my father asked the triplets
"sooo boring" Hamish said "the only thing funny today was when we stole the cupcakes from the cafeteria" he said
"we've got some of them here! Want sis?" Harris said giving me one
"Thak you!" I said eating it "It's delicious" I said and my father got one too
"Merida, do not talk with food in your mouth" my mother said.
I swallowed the food "okay" I said "Mum... Dad... can I ask you something?"
"yes?"
"can I please be homeschooled?" I said making my best puppy face
"we've talked about this" my father said
"I know but.. I'm afraid. What if they realize?"
"My dear... You need to be with the people, try to make some friends who could help you control it" my mother said
"How can they help me if I can't tell them what's wrong with me? Besides I already have a friend" I said
"But understand Merida, if we isolate you, things will go worst eventually and you'll never going to control it. Not showing your emotions aren't the solution, you'll have to get used to it"
"you could even get a boyfriend" my brothers said and I instantly thought of Hiccup- no no no.
"haha. You all know that that is not going to happen; Your right, I'll try to make more friends but if they get me on my nerves I will quit" I said
"That's my girl!" My father said hugging and I smiled.
I went to my room upstairs and sit in my bed. I put a pencil on the floor and looked at it, I kept looking and looking and it started trembling and it finally levitated... it levitated! I finally got it! Now I turned my head to the lamp and it turned off. I kept doing it... I close the window, ordered my room all without moving a finger! My parents were right all the time... I can't lose my powers.. but I can managed them and I will.
but no one can know a thing.
