We walked in an foggy swamp place. Soon we started to run toward the unknown.
"Now everyone please stay close behind me!" Satoatz yelled
I was very wet here and the fog seemed to get heavier.
I heard someone say Hisoka, I looked behind me and saw people targeting him.
Killua said we should go reach the front.
Gon yelled something to kurapika and leorio.
"You idiot! If we could we would already be there!
Killua and Gon decided to move infront without them,
I decided to check on them
But It seemed like we lost them.
Seems like everyone was starting to fail cause of the traps and creatures from the wetlands.
Seems like now I was separated from Gon and Killua, but the next thing I knew that someone knocked me out.
I wouldve won against them but since it was a surprise attack and there where so many people around us I wouldve not tought they would attack infrot of everyone.
They ran to an more open area whit me on his shoulder.
Then the saw hisoka and decided to confront him
"Your not hunter material, I've been thinking that from the start" one of the men started
"Well let you go if you never take the exam again" The other man stated
"Sure~"
"Huh?"
"There will be no need cause will be passing this year"
"You bastard!" The so called leader shouted
"Hm-"
Suddenly a deadly aura was released.
"Might that be my little y/n on your shoulder?" He asked whit a wicked smile on his face while being dead serious.
"Papa?" I asked groggily my neck still was a bit sore and I just woke from my slumberness.
He killed everyone else in an instant.
"My darling~ are you okay?"
Then Leorio and Kurapika came.
They gasped
"Y/N! GET AWAY!" They screamed
"My~ care to join my game of examiner?"
While threatening to come closer
"On my count to 3 we will run into diffrent directions" Kurapika said
Leorio hesitated but obeyed.

And they ran off in different directions
But soon I saw a shadow emerGING from the fog
Hisoka set me on the ground to sit, a bit farther from him
" i just couldnt do it"
He carried a wooden weapon and came to attack Hisoka
Hisoka dodged it, he was about to punch Leorio when gon came in and hit him in the face whit a fishing pole.
"Is that a fishing pole? Let me have a look"
He walked closer to Gon
"YOURE FIGHTS WHIT ME!"
Leorio yelled
And whit that he hit Leorio in the face
Gon tried to hit Hisoka again but failed
"Did you come here to save you're friend?"
Gon was trying to hit Hisoka whit his fishing pole but failing miserably
"Good job"
"Such a good boy"
"Well done"
"I'm beginning to get excited" He stated
" oh yeah" gon said and tried an other surprise attack on to hisoka
But he failed and got strangled by him
"This is so delightful"
Gon looked like he was about to pass out.
"Oh how I love that look"
"Oh"
And let go of Gon
He was on the ground coughing
"Dont worry your friend passed."
"Oh and you passed too" he said whit an disturbing smile
Then hisoka got a call
"Hisoka come to the finish, or else you'll fail" said someone on the other line
"Its good to have friends" he chuckled
"Can you get back on your own?"
Gon just nodded
"Good boy"
He took Leorio on his shoulder and I ran up to him and took his hand
"GON!"
Kurapika yelled
at the finish
" dammit where is he? I tought hed be here" Killua muttered
Back whit Gon and Kurapika
"This way!"
"So you can really tell?"
"Yeah he wears this unique kind of cologne" Gon replied
"What do you think he meant by me and Leorio passing?" Gon asked
"I dont know but he might've played examiner and you passed some kind of test" kurapika stated
"Yeah that makes sense, but I was powerless against him"
" Yeah but you landed your first hit on him" Kurapika stated
"But Leorio didnt land a single hit yet he still passed him"
"He might've sensed you. I have to admit he has a graceful way of fighting, it's so beautiful and his agility is amaizing. They say those who are gifted attract other gifted people."
Gon and Kurapika made it just in time
"But wheres leorio?" Kurapika askes
Then hisoka shot Gon a glare, he turned around to see Hisoka pointing at a tree where Leorio was laying
"There he is!" Gon said to Kurapika
"Why am I so beat up?" He said confused
"Maybe we shouldn't tell him" Kurapika whispered to Gon
"Yeah let's just keep it to ourselves"
"Gon!" Killua shouted
"Killua!"
"I was thinking that you weren't going to make it, how did you even manage to get here?"
"I tracked leorios cologne!" Gon confessed
"Man you're weirder than I tought" Killua huffed
"Good job everyone, but now I shall take my leave" Satotz exclaimed
Then he did his funky walk while disappearing into the forest
This made me giggle a bit
Seems like my new "friends" where avoiding me ever since i hugged Hisoka infront of everyone.
It made me kind of sad. Tho I loved my father dearly and would choose him over anything.
I hugged his leg, he seemed to notice the change in my attitude so he picked me up.
"What's wrong y/n~?¿"
"Its nothing" I said my head on his shoulder, he seemed to get the hint that I didnt wanna talk about it
Then these gigantic doors opened
Kinda reminded me of the Zoldyck doors but so many times lighter
"I'm you're second phase examiner Menchi and this is Buhara!" She introduced herself and the person behind her
Then a giant grumble sound came from Buhara
"What was that?" One of the applicants asked
"Seems like you're hungry Buhara"
"Yeah I'm starving!" Buhara complained
"So there you have it folks! next phase will be cooking!" Menchi said excited
"Why do we have to cook?" someone in the crowd asked
"Cause where gourme hunters!" Menchi said
Everyone started laughing
Personally I think gourme hunters are cool, I can guarantee they're food is always the best and good quality. Tho I'm such a picky eater it's hard for almost anyone to satisfy my tastes. Papa makes food thats absolut ass.
"Today's main ingredient will be pork! You can use any kind of pig you find from the forest!" Buhara exlaimed
Whit that everyone left to find pigs
I decided to go whit Kurapika Leorio Gon and Killua
They seemed to ignore me tho Killua seemed to glance at me whit worried about why they where ignoring me.
Soon they slid down a hill whit me not far behind following suit
Then we saw pigs chewing on... bones?
"Dont tell me.. they're carnivores?!" Kurapika stated and whit that they all looked at us and started charging straight at us.
Everyone started running,
Gon tried to hit it but nothing happened, but then it hit a tree and an apple hit its forehead and it died ( rip pig )
"GUYS HIT ITS FOREHEAD ITS THE WEAKEST PART!" Gon shouted to the others
It seemed like Kurapika was keeping an eye out for me. A pig was charging at me so I decided to kill it whit a joker card.
He ran off but I followed him cause I didnt understand why, he ran to Leorio. I decided to say hi but he was whispering something and left. Then I saw Mes, Linn and Selj.
( YALL IDK AB THE NAMES AND YES THESE ARE FAKE CHARACTERS CAUSE I DECIDED NOT TO PUT TBE OTHER APLICANTS HERE)
"Well well well, what do we have here. The clowns kid or smth? HAH pathetic" Linn stated.
They started to insult me by using bad words, I could only understand about half of them but it still hurt.
By bow I was sitting and crying, I know papa said not to cry but I couldnt help it. Suddenly everything went completely silent I couldnt hear anything. I looked up to all of them dead.
I saw papa coming over to me.
He knelt down and hugged me,
"Sho~ darling, you know better than that. Not to listen to disgusting people."
"I'm sorry papa" I sniffed
He wiped the tears out of my eyes,he picked me up and brought me back to phase 2. He seemed to accidentally let out bloodlust, so it made a trail of dead grass and a few animals.
When we got thru the doors he went straight to the wall.
He sat down while still hugging me, this time using (Zetsu?) To conceal his presence. Seemed like no one noticed us. Seems like everyone failed, tho I was only hugging Hisoka.
Tho suddenly he stood up, we waited a while when someone jumped down from an blimp. There came an huge dust cloud. When it started to clear up I was surprised to see an old man?
What was an old man like him doing here?
,,"Who's this old geezer?" Someone asked.
"This us chairman Netero, the one whos in charge of the hunter exam" menchi explained
"I must work behind the scenes so Menchi... I heard you failed everyone on the test. Is that so?" He asked
"Ah, I'm sorry i just got so mad when some insulted gourme hunters, it's just when food gets involved I get a bit agitated, I'm sorry I'm not qualified as a examiner. Please let them re-take the phase whit another examiner" She said while bowing
"Well unfortunately we cannot get a new examiner in such short notice, but you could be the examiner but do an different test" Netero explain
" oh well then could you bring us to ???? cliff ?" Menchi requested
"Oh? I see, very well then."
Everyone got into the blimb
I walked whit Hisoka to the cafeteria to get something to eat
When we got there we saw SO MANY SWEETS!!
"PAPS🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 PLS🥺🥺🥺" I gave Hiso the ultra puppy eyes
He seemed hesitant but couldn't sta no.
" *dramatic sigh* fine but not too much"
I ended up whit 2 giant chocolate cookies ( one for papa ofc ) then 3 puddings and some orange juice.
I gave one of the cookies to papa, he seemed a bit surprised but accepted the offer.
He look really happy while eating the cookie.

I opened the pudding, I can tell you it was heavenly♥️
After we ate everything we where finally at the destination. It seemed to be a really deep cliff.
We walked outside whit the others
"So the new dish will be an boiler egg! But instead of using an normal egg we are using spider eagle eggs!"
Then she jumped off and caught on to one of the webs. She waited for the wind then dropped and trapped an egg while doing so.
Some contestants looked horrified while others started to jump.
I saw a few fall to they're deaths while some others where smarter and held onto the web. I also decided to jump down, tho even before I could feel any wind drift someone fell onto the web where I was holding onto and it snapped.
"Y/N!" I could hear Gon and Killua yell
Hisoka and gittarackur run to the edge.
Luckily I attached my blood red nen strings to something that was on the cliff soon enough the wind came and threw me into the air.
I managed to catch an egg on my way.
I realised I was thrown way too high into the air and was now falling down
"Well isnt this my luckiest day"
I managed to say
Tho right when I tought I'd hit the ground Hisoka caught me.
FINNALLY YALL THIS TOOK ME OVER 3 HOURS😄 So um this is an loooooooong chapter
But I hope you liked it ;)
Just to clarify Gon is not ignoring you! It's just Leorio and Kurapika are suspicious of you🥺
