A few months later:

It was morning time and I was currently doing my usual training regiment. Right now I was doing some target practice with my blaster pistols. So far I was hitting every single target. I was at it for about 20 minutes, that was until I noticed another Mandalorian watching and observing my shots. Still, despite now having an audience, my skill with a blaster didn't falter.

Soon enough the other Mandalorian approached me and I quickly recognized them. It was a Mandalorian by the name of Axe Woves, he was there the day I was taken in as a foundling. Since then he's been something close to a mentor or a friend and I've been on many missions with him.

"There's no doubt that your highly skilled with this blasters of yours," he said as he examined them, "but mastery of these blasters may not be enough to make it through UA's Sports Festival. I hear that some of those guys at UA are physically strong. You need to possess the strength and the resolve to keep up with them. Come with me, we should spar. Prove to me that you have what it takes."

I then walked with him to the sparring area and I stood opposite to him. He started a timer and then we began. A series of punches and kicks were then sent at each other. Early on we each managed to either dodge or block the other person's attack. And we both fought each other which for me felt like forever. I held strong for a good while but slowly my combat skills began to fail me. With me taking some punches and kicks. But, it seemed Axe started becoming exhausted too, his skill becoming somewhat sloppy as well. A little while later, Axe called the fight and we took a breather.

Once he caught his breath he started to talk, "1 year ago, you would have folded in 30 minutes. Our match just now, lasted a little over an hour. And you even pushed me to my limits just now. This never would have happened a year ago, you've made significant progress. Enough progress that I think you're physically prepared for UA. If that isn't the case, then I believe that your mastery of Mandalorian weapons and your armor would do more than make up for it. Stay vigilant."

As he was leaving the room, he turned back around to tell me something.

"I almost forgot to tell you something, M/n. I was asked by Bo Katan to tell you that you'll be going on one of those hero patrols that you've been doing recently. She wants it done sometime this afternoon, that's all."

Another patrol? For the most part those things have been pretty uneventful. At every patrol I've been on nothing has happened and it was just me sneaking around the city in Mandalorian armor, although I don't think anyone's seen me yet. I guess this is something heroes go through on a daily it seems. Going on patrols even though nothing might not happen. Then again today something might come up, you could never know. You'll only know when you're right there on the spot. It can't hurt me if I go and I'll just have to get used to the possibility of something not happening.

Some time later that day:

I had my armor on and all of my gear was ready and equipped on me. At least all the gear I thought was necessary. I'm not taking any Whistling Birds or my long rifle since I figure that in these situations of just patrol, they wouldn't be needed. All I had on me were my two blaster pistols, grappling cable, poison darts, flame thrower, sword, knives, and my electric bracers. That was all I'll be needed. I then left and headed into the city.

I figured that I'll be doing my usual routine in which I climb atop tall buildings so I can gain a vantage point where I can get a larger view of the city. Then I would take it my scope to scan for any suspicious activity. If I couldn't spot anything then I would head to a different building.

After about two hours I was looking for something, I was already on my fifth building. I just about to give up hope that something was going to happen, that was until I saw something through my scope in an alleyway which had caught my attention.

It was just this blond kid with some friends, it didn't seem anything out of the ordinary besides them striking me as delinquents until you pay closer attention. Throughout the alley there were drops of this green sludge scattered about, I'm sure those kids haven't noticed it yet.

Just then the sludge started moving and joined together, becoming a much larger sludge. Two of the kids ran but the blond one didn't react on time and the sludge binded itself to him. Explosions then came from the sludge monster as it entered the city.

This is bad. I'm not exactly close to it right now so I'll have to do my best to keep track of it and jump from building to building. As I jumped from building to building I realized it wouldn't be difficult to track it. Afterall, it had been constantly setting off explosions so it was very obvious where the sludge monster was at. The only problem being was reaching it, to top it off, it was moving and changing direction without much thought.

It must've been my lucky day since some heroes had shown up and cornered the sludge monster in a street. However, no one's been able to defeat it so it was just there blowing things up. I finally made it to one of the buildings on the street he was on. Just as I was about to make a move there was a bunch of shouting and screaming.

I looked down from the building and saw some reckless kid running at the sludge monster, trying to get the other boy out. All the pro heroes watched and shouted as this scene unfolded. As the kid scraped at the sludge All Might appeared right behind him. He then grabbed the boy out the sludge monster and put him to the side. Right before he punched the villain I shot an electric shock right at it, electrocuting it.

As All Might landed his punch, it sent a massive gust of air which tore the sludge into smaller pieces and cleared out the smoke and fire. I then used my grappling hook to get down the building and into the alleyway and I remained hidden in the shadows.

Suddenly the crowd started cheering for All Might as he "saved the day." But, their cheers immediately stopped as the sludge began to slowly reform. I put my electric bracers on its highest setting as All Might stood in a defensive position.

I then extended my arm outside the alleyway so that it became visible for everyone except the reforming sludge.  I then blasted another electric shock at it and the sludge fell apart, making it impossible for it to reform for a good while. Everyone was able to see this from me. (Insert The Mandalorian theme)

For dramatic effect, I pulled my arm back into the alleyway as I knew that the crowd was staring at the alley. I waited a few seconds. Then I very dramatically exited the alley and went into the crowd's view. (The Mandalorian theme, 45 second mark)

I looked at them as they looked at me. They've likely never seen a Mandalorian before. There was silence. I turned back around and began to walk way, my cape flowing behind me. Then there was cheering for me. I walked away without looking back, smirking beneath my helmet.
