What should we bury?
Us or the hatchet?
Trust's a disease,
But I can't seem to catch it.
We say we've moved past it,
But it still clouds my mind,
I've discovered forgiveness,
Is so hard to find.
But I'll lie, smile and hug,
'Till the faith becomes true,
And maybe, in the future,
