Not an oneshot:) more like a poem? I tried writing a poem but it looks weird-
Anyway-

He saw her for the first time on that summer afternoon,
She was wearing a dress colored maroon.
In his eyes she looked like an angel,
But she saw a devil.
Running on the meadows under the sunlight,
Watching the stars sitting under the moonlight.
Holding hands to make them feel warm, they did everything together,
But they were scared it won't last forever.
She was from the countryside and he was from the city.
But together they found the beauty.
Never saw a summer so wonderful,
The sun rays on the lake never felt so beautiful.
Sitting under the tree he used to sing for her.
And secretly at night she would draw him.
People called it summer love and said it won't last long.
Nights without hearing his songs felt long.
He said, "I will never leave you."
But, guess it wasn't true.
That night he knocked her door and sighed, "summer's over."
And she knew he meant they are over.
He will leave her like trash,
And will never come back.
She knew it all from the very first,
But didn't have the strength to trust.
He never saw a girl like her,
Living in the moment like future doesn't matter.
She had the world on her feet
And he wanted to show her his world.
He saw galaxies in her eyes
That no one could ever see.
He fell for her love and wanted to give her that love back,
But he knew as soon as the summer's over he'd need to go back.
But one day he wanted to come back to the love of his life.
Till then she would try to find his silver galaxies which seemed lie.
Now without hearing his voice,
It will feel void.
