A thump woke Remus from a very peaceful sleep. He could feel that someone had ungracefully plopped down on the bed next to him.
"Go away" He muttered not caring who it was or what time it was.
"I have a game" Whispered Sirius and suddenly he was tugging on Remus arm trying to roll him over. Eventually he gave up and did. Opening his eyes he saw Sirius laying a little squished on the side of the bed. Remus reached out a hand pulling Sirius closer letting him rest his head on his chest.
"Play it with James" Remus said but keeping his hand on Sirius' back.
Sirius chuckled a little at this before whispering "James won't play this game with me, and I don't want to play it with him"
Remus began to run his fingers up and down Sirius back mindless humming in response. There was a small pause where Remus vaguely hoped Sirius had fallen back asleep but then he continued.
"Okay so you know how we agreed to keep our friends benefit a secret"
"It is friends with benefits but yes" They had discussed this a couple of days ago and Remus was glad to hear that Sirius had understood. Sirius had been sitting in Remus lap arms around his neck, and seemed so dreamy Remus was sure he hadn't heard a word.
"Well we have a full day of classes today so if we want anytime together today we will have to be sneaky" Sirius had propped his chin on Remus chest and was watching him as is to gauge Remus' reaction "So lets make it into a competition"
"How" Remus said smiling and raking one of his large hands through Sirius hair, pushing it all off his forehead so he could take in Sirius' whole face. Only Sirius would want to turn friends with benefits into a competition.

Sirius adjusted himself laying more concretely on top of Remus. He was still in his pajamas, and the sun was just peaking into the dorm. The soft light made the whole room glow, and as Sirius blushed becoming suddenly sheepish he glowed in a whole new way.

Remus felt his own face start to redden a little, and suddenly he was having a hard time making eye contact.
"You mean, like umm" Remus said starting to fiddle with the fabric of Sirius Pajama shirt so he had something to do with his hands.
"Physically something new" Sirius said ducking his head into Remus neck embarrassingly.
"So like just to be clear" Remus said "Winner gets a blow job?"
Sirius nodded his head still nestled in Remus' neck.
"You know there is no rush. I'd never want you to do anything you weren't ready for" Remus said finally deciding to wrap his arms around Sirius and pull him just a little closer.

He pulled away quickly though as he knew Peter and James would be up any minute "one for me"
It was one of the funnest days Remus had spent at Hogwarts. He found that he didn't stop smiling once. Each moment he had a little bit of anticipation in his gut, that Sirius make just pop out from behind a suit of armour and kiss him.
Sirius' first point came from dropping his stuff in the dormitory right as they were all getting ready to head down to breakfast. He called and ask Remus to help him. As soon as the door closed behind James' ankle Sirius abandoned his junk on the floor and threw himself at Remus.
The most elaborate point was earn during Remus' arthemacy class. Remus was staring out the window making plans for how he could get Sirius alone when a knock on the door stole the whole classes attention. And of course there leaning against the door looking smug was Sirius Black.
"Excuse me Professor" Sirius said to the short slim Professor Ailey "Professor Mcgonagall gave me this note to give to you. She needs to talk to Remus Lupin."
Professor Ailey waved Sirius in and he confidently walked into the room passing the note to the teacher. As her eyes scanned over it he winked at Remus which had him blushing.
"Okay Mr.Lupin please head to Professor McGonagall's office but be back in 15 minutes." She said and returned to lecturing before they had even make it out of the room.
"How did you do it" Remus said as Sirius shoved him up against the wall in a nearby empty classroom attacking his lips to the taller boys neck. "Like there is no way your handwriting looks enough like Professor McGonagall's to trick her"
"Less talking" Sirius said pulling Remus down sharply by the tie and attacking their mouths. Remus placed his hands on Sirius' waist but his mind was still racing trying to understand how Sirius could have done this.
"I knew we should have said no unforgivaeble curses" Remus muttered against Sirius lips "You could go to Azkaban if you put the imperius curse on her"
"God Moony" Sirius said clutching at Remus' hair and pulling away slightly "I didn't curse anyone. Can we please make out now"
Sirius was pulling ahead right up till lunch, earning three points by hiding in the hallways in between Remus' classes, and pulling him behind a tapestry, or into the bathroom. Remus was sure Sirius skipped out on a couple of lessons, which usually Remus would nag him about but not today. Sometimes it was just a quick peck, other time were intense and lingering. In the afternoon Remus was able to quickly catch up. In potions he pulled Sirius' into the potions supply cupboard saying they needed more stuff than he could carry.
"Where is the stuff?" James said as the two wandered back looking between Remus, and Sirius' empty hands.
"Oh" Remus' brain rallied as he tried to think of a good excuse, but he just stupidly said "I guess we forgot"
When Remus pushed Sirius against the supply room wall again, knocking a container of pickled slugs which shook dangerously, he was pretty glad they forgot the supplies.
"That counts as two" Remus said between kisses, which had Sirius chuckling into his mouth.
Remus was leading right up till dinner, when Sirius manage to ambush him. Remus was walking outside because Professor Szabo, the aging Astromny professor, had called for a prefect to check out a sound that was coming from behind Greenhouse three. Apparently a bunch of third years had come running up to the castle saying there was something chasing them and making grunting and growling noises. Remus' was pretty sure he knew what black shaggy shape had been chasing them so he told Lily he had handled in on his own. Just in case he pulled his wand out as he rounded the corner, and of course bounding towards him was the fimilar black dog.
"Padfoot" He exclaimed tucking his wand away. And bracing himself as the shaggy dog leaped up on to him. He pet down the shaggy hair in the way he knew would make Padfoot's tail wag "This was an insane idea. They could have sent anyone! Flitch, or Hagrid, or any other Prefect! How did you know it would be me?"
Sirius quickly transformed back into himself, immedaitly wrapping his arms around Remus' neck.
"I didn't but I thought it would be funny either way." He said grinning looking far too pleased with himself.
"You know you could get in a lot of trouble if someone found out you were an animagus" Remus settled back against the wall of the green house as Sirius slotted himself inbetween Remus' long legs.
"You going to turn me in?" Sirius said his voice cocky as he leaned in.
"I could" Remus muttered looking down at Sirius' lips.
"You wouldn't. You like me too much."
Remus was glad this was the moment Sirius dediced to attach their lips because his face was crimson. The grounds were quiet so Remus decided that here they could enjoy each other for a little bit longer without anyone noticing. He flipped them so Sirius was against the wall. Then he carefully moved his hands down to Sirius tighs and then in a moment of daring hoisted Sirius' legs over his own waist. Without their mouths breaking apart Sirius wrapped his legs around Remus waist tighlty. Remus was starting to realize he wasn't quite strong enough for this and had to push Sirius hard against the side of the green house to transfer some of the weight. "Yup" Remus said "And we only have a couple hours left."
They had agreed to end the game at 8pm. That way they could get ready for bed like it was just a normal night, then sneak back out after curfew.
"Well" Sirius muttered leaning in quick and planting one last quick kiss before hoping down "May the best man win"
"Oh I will"
Winning ended up being easier than Remus thought. Sirius didn't seem to make anymore attempts, so all Remus had to do was go into the locker room after the Gryffindor team finished practiced which wasn't strange for him. Him, and sometime Peter would often watch practice and then wait in the locker room till Sirius and James were ready.
"Oh James" Remus said once it was only the three of them left "I think Lily said she wanted to talk to you."
James almost dropped his Comet Two Ninety. Which was a big deal since he called his broom his baby, and vowed to never hurt it.
"What? Where?" James said.
"Library I think?" Remus said holding back a smile at how eager James looked as he grabbed his stuff in one arm, tucking his broom under his arm.
"See you guys later" He called behind them as the locker room door swung shut behind him.
Remus took Sirius face in his hands, admiring how soft he looked, eyes wide as he looked up to meet Remus' eyes. The rest of the night had an almost painful amount of anticipation. Remus tried to just sit by the fire reading quietly, but he didn't even get through a whole page. He couldn't sit still, and kept moving around in his chair. Sirius looked equally nervous. Him and James were sitting on the sofa next to Remus' chair, running through poteintal prank idea. It maybe wasn't super obivous but Remus knew Sirius so well. Sirius kept glancing over at him and giving him nervous smiles, or he would zone out for a minute. Annoying James, and Peter weren't very tried and stayed up for hours. The boys couldn't sneak away until everyone in bed. When it was pass midnight Remus started debating giving them sleeping drafts. But finally James yawned, and went off to bed followed quickly by Peter.
"Finally" Sirius whispered which had Remus chuckle alittle. The only person left in the common room was Daisy Edgerton who was fast asleep in a chair by the fire. "I've already got the map"
There was a nervousness in Sirius' voice was clear and Remus felt a twange of guilt.
"We don't have to do this tonight" Remus said getting up and joining Sirius on the couch "I know this was just a game but I would never want you to do something you didn't want to do."
Sirius blushed his eyes locked on his own fingers.
"I do want to though" He whispered "I umm I lost on purpose."
"What?" Remus said surpised "You tried so hard."
"I gave you so many opportunities in the afternoon, and I didn't even try after we tied" Sirius muttered, and his sheepishness made Remus believe him "I've been wanting to for a long time"
"What?" Remus said again "You could have just said something"
Remus looked around to double check no one was in the room before sliding closer to Sirius and wrapping an arm around him comfortingly. Sirius finally looked up at him his face still flushed, but a small smile forming on his lips.
"Can we go now" Sirius said and Remus nodded in reply standing up and nervously offering a hand to Sirius. Sirius didn't seem to think twice before interlocking his fingers with Remus' and allowing himself to pulled off the couch.
"I was thinking we could go to the prefects bathroom" Remus said as they walked through the empty passage way. "Less likely anyone will find us."
"Sounds good, I like bubbles." Sirius said grinning and quicken their pace.
"You've been there" Remus said not having the energy to be annoyed by this.
"James and I have been breaking in since he made the quidditch team. He said the hot water was good for his muscles but I think he just likes the smell of Lavender." Sirius said conversationally starting to tug Remus' hand a little.
When they got to the bathroom Sirius said the password. Remus didn't bother asking how he knew it. Remus used a charm to light a couple lamps but not all of them, he wanted the room to be dim. Sirius turned to the taps, and for a moment they watched water and bubbles fill the bath. They had not yet talk about the reason they were here. Nervously and without looking at each other they stripped out of their clothing leaving all only their boxers on.
Remus climbed in first extending a hand to Sirius. The water was warm and pleasent, and Remus did find it quiet calming. "Probably when you jumped out from that Secret passageway between periods this morning" Remus said "I really didn't see it coming, and you where so"
Remus stuttered trying to find a word for the feeling in his gut when Sirius had pulled him by the collar into a secret passageway on the third floor. Not knowing at all how to explain the way his heart faltered as Sirius crowded in his arms, warm, and gentle.
"I was?" Sirius questioned smirking at him.

"I was hoping this one." Sirius said and leaning up and kissing Remus' passionately. And he was right, of course he was, it was an awe inspiring kiss. Remus used his free hand to reach over to his trouser laying on the floor. He pulled a wand out of the pocket and muttered a charm which caused a blanket to appear. He pulled it tight around them noticing how Sirius was starting to shiver.
Remus made sure to keep his eyes open as he knew Sirius' were closed. Even with his exhaustion Remus didn't find it hard to stay awake. He found that he just enjoyed watching Sirius cuddle against him. How his eyelashes fanned against his cheek, and his nose crinkled slight with each breath. An unpleasant feeling settled in his gut that he could no longer deny.
