3rd Person POV

The boys finished cleaning themselves up so they went back to their room. It was quiet when they heard footsteps and their matron's voice coming closer to their room, The two of them wished that she and the person with her would just pass by, unfortunately that wasn't the case.

Hadrian was aware of what may happen cause Tom told him in his first week here 'The matron and the staff do not like me one bit. They send over priests to exorcise me, when that didn't work they said they would send doctors over. Cause if it isn't a demon, It's a mental disorder.'

Now even the adults and kids think he's crazy as well, a person once said 'just because we're different doesn't mean we're abnormal. You're just refusing to accept that not all are the same.' To little Hadrian Tom was a fine fellow who grew with the instincts of survival just like everyone else in the world.

Mrs. Cole opened the door "Tom, Professor Dumbledore is here again. He's looking for Hadrian." Hadrian's body stiffened 'What is that old bearded goat doing here!' Tom looked worried at his friends reaction 'Have they met before?'

Dumbledore broke the silence "It's good to see you again Tom." Tom just stared at the old dude with cold eyes, Now the Deputy Headmaster just felt awkward so he turned his attention to the other boy in the room "Now then Hadrian, I'm here to give you your acceptance letter to-" Hadrian spoke in a monotone voice "Hogwarts, the school of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Yes I'm aware. I've been waiting for a while."

"Y-yes that- I see Tom here has told you. Well then I can take you to Diagon Alley-" Tom sneered "I'll be the one taking him there, no need to trouble yourself with such small matters, isn't that right Deputy Headmaster." Tom could feel his anger rising, what else does he want from HIS Hadrian. Before Dumbledore could talk Hadrian replied "If that is all we would appreciate if you were to leave. NOW."

The old man walked out sweating from the intensity of that conversation, He knew those two would become powerful 'I'll keep a close eye on them in school.' yes, because Dumbles isn't afraid of mere children. The Author laughed "How wrong you truly are foolish old dude character."

Tom went to His little dear straight away, He was staring blankly at the door "Hadrian? Hadrian! Are you alright? You just snapped at the professor a while ago." Hadrian blinked "Huh, Oh, no its just- I'm tired that's all." the taller boy didn't buy it, so he sat down beside him and pulled him to his lap. Hadrian laid his head in Tom's shoulder, inhaling his scent and breathed out.

This always happens when they were tired or bored, it was a comfortable position for both of them, it's also a good way to take something out of their chests 'Bad dreams, rage, ranting and whatnot'. Hadrian sighed "He reminded me of someone. People I thought I trusted, turns out that wasn't the case for him and the others as well. Its just... It worn me out, physically and mentally."

Tom continued to rub circles on the boy's back "It'll be all right, I'll make sure they won't bother you again, you'll see." Hadrian was rather exhausted from that interaction, he needed a distraction "Don't fret much, How bout we go to Diagon Alley today?" The taller boy knew his dear long enough to know when he needs a breather "That sounds nice."

----1938, Diagon Alley (afternoon)----

Hadrian and Tom bowed their heads as they passed through Leaky Cauldron, tapping a brick in the wall, found by counting three up and two across, three times. Little Hadrian felt nostalgia sweep through his body, He missed this a lot "Come on Hadrian we should go to Gringotts first for the money."
