brendan phineas cho was born on january nineteenth nineteen-ninety-six to jonathan and amelia cho in boston, massachusetts. his parents had his younger brother, jonas, when he was 4 and had his younger sister, genevieve, when he was 6.
brendan grew up in boston until age 11 when they decided to move to tree hill, north carolina, his parents tired of the big city life.
brendan became friends with jessica scott, alanna reid, tamera jones, and jared garcia in 6th grade.
when brendan was 13, his father committed suicide.
