Chapter 1: Some straight bullshit

I hate how fast people jump to conclusions. But sometimes it's so no one gets hurt or because we care about your safety. Well guess what that's all just bullshit. Like my father always says assuming makes an ass out of you and me.

Rumors of a UA traitor had been going around for months. Of course I believed them, it made complete sense. How else would the LOV know so much? I trusted the hero's in finding them and stopping this madness.
Until the rumors turned to me....
——Midoryia——
"Hey Kirishima have you seen my notebook I've looking for the last three days?"
"I haven't bro sorry"
I smile at him before digging through my bag once more, it was Monday and we were going to talk to some newer pro hero's.
I was quite excited and wanted to take notes on their quirks. Of course I could only do that if I had my note book.
For the last few days that my notebook has been missing I've notice the teachers treating me differently. Aizawa won't look at me and refuses to acknowledge when I'm in a room. And AllMight kept starring at me, obviously unhappy.
But I couldn't figure out why. Did I do something wrong. But I didn't take too much notice in it until my classmates started giving me angry clearly hurt looks, and I was called to the office by a very angry chief of police.
——The day of the hero meeting——
"Have you heard about the rumors"
Kirishima and Bakugou were waking to class in full hero gear
"What rumors"
Kirishima stopped and his voice lowered
"The teachers found the traitor"
"WHAT"
"Shhhhh"
The redhead leaned in and whispered "It's Midoryia, they found his note book and was full of notes about the hero's and their weaknesses, creepy right"
"That's just straight bullshit and you know that" The moody blond walked off as Kirishima ran after him
"It makes sense tho, him always mumbling and how anxious he always is, his crying is probably just a sympathy act"
Bakugou scoffed before entering class, Aizawa was awake for once and the whole class was there, everyone besides Midoryia. Was he really the traitor.
The bell rings and Midorya's still not here. About twenty minutes pass before the door opens and he walks in.
"I am so sorry sensei, I forgot to turn on my alarm and I overslept"
He sits behind the blond and pulls out a new notebook muttering wile scribbling in his notebook.
The bell rings and everyone rushes out besides Midoriya who is stopped by Aizawa.
"Midoryia may I ask you to step outside with me" he nods following his teacher down the hall and through the large glass doors.
Outside two cops grab him by the arms hand cuffing him and shoving the boy into the car. Students stand outside watching him be driven away.
——Bakugou——
I stand outside about to sit before I see a green haired figure being shoved into a cop car.
I watch as it drives away, it was Deku,
"Bro, are you seeing this"
I nod sitting down at the table
It couldn't be true, it's not possible. I mean I've known him all my life, he wouldn't even think twice about working with the LOV.
"Bakugou are you ok?"
Mina says as she sits down
"You just missed it Deku was just shoved in a cop car" The redhead says
"Why are you saying it in such a cheery tone, I mean he was arrested" the blond says
"Why are you so mad, I mean we all knew it was him"
I stand making the whole table shake and storms out of the cafeteria
"What's with him" I hear Mina mumble
"I don't know?"

"So how long have you been working with the LOV"
I shake my head holding back tears trying to forgot the burning pain of the cuffs digging into my wrists
"I would like an actual answer!"
"I'm not working with them sir"
"I will not ask again, I NEED AN ANSWER!"
I break letting tears gushing down my face, the cop laughs and leans into my face
"Are your friends in on this to? I mean young Todoroki and Iida were found during the attempted murder of the hero killer stain?"
"Leave them out of this" I mumble in a broken voice
"Oh so your admitting to it then huh?"

"I can't do this, Shota do you really think it's him" Hizashi says as they sit in the waiting room
"I know you believe he's innocent but it all links up, I mean he' usually late to class he's always mumbling and that notebook of his is extremely detailed"
"So, maybe the kids just passionate about heroes"
"I know, but it's just to be safe, I don't want anyone to get hurt"
Hizashi stands "Its too late for that"
Suddenly the door of the interrogation room slams open as two people walk out, an angry cop and an emotionless Midoryia
Hizashi runs up to the small boy leaning down to meet his face, "Are you alright Izuku?"
He says nothing, "Unhand-cuff him" the cop hesitated before grabbing a key and letting him go
The boy collapses to the floor and begins to sob
"I- I'm sorry"
"Hey it's ok kid, we're gonna take you home"
He shakes his head but stands up and follows them outside.

"So what do we know" AllMight was sitting down at the large table with the other pro hero's
"So far nothing, he's either not answering or denying our questions"
"That means he still has a chance he could be innocent?" Midnight says
"That could also means he is lying" says Aizawa sipping a cup of coffee
"Why are you so determined he's the traitor, for all we know there may not even be one" Present Mic stands up slamming the table
"Hizashi sit down"
"No, I want nothing to do with this"
"If you defend him you could get your license taken away"
"So what," he leaves the room slamming the door"

I hear a knock at the door, "Can I come in?"
the door opens and Present Mic walks in
"Hey kid how are you doing" he sits down next to me, I ignore him.
"I know your innocent, but if you can just keep your head up for a few more days they'll let it go"
I sigh, "How do you know I'm lying, I could be a villain and be faking it the whole time"
He laughs "Because I trust you Midoryia, your one of my smartest students and I know you could never do something like that"
I smile wiping away tears "Thank you, but I think I should go to bed" he nods and leaves the room
