No one pov Next morning they had gotten ready for Orleans Hatsune was excited to see her family and explore the city as well while akaashi was wondering if Hatsune could stay in Orleans permanently she usually loved to be with her kind but Cyrus was also going to finally meet her and spend some time with her before he reveals the contract.
They stepped into the car Hatsune sat on the last window seat trying to check the view but kaito took the window seat Hatsune sighed and sat in between them she felt kind of suffocated akaashi noticed this and sighed 'I think this is for the best if she stays' akaashi thought.
After six hours of drive they reached Orleans Hatsune felt like she would throw up but ignored it they went to a private hotel Hatsune was sharing a room with the rest of her sisters she looked at akaashi with pleading eyes as she didn't want to share a room with them "sorry but me and Hatsune need to go somewhere so bye.." Akaashi said then took Hatsune out of the hotel leaving the others confused on what was happening.
"Dad you could atleast let me settle in.." Hatsune said to akaashi with a pout "well you could but i prefer yoh get some fresh air.." Akaashi said to hatsune with a smile "ok.." Hatsune said to akaashi with a confused look on her face nonetheless she would atleast explore the town her parents grew up in.
The town was pretty beautiful to hatsune she was exploring the magic society shops while akaashi had went somewhere else leaving her alone for a while, she looked at the people buying from the stores, people working nearby and more people dressed up in armoury protecting them 'this town looks peaceful' hatsune thought but her thoughts got interrupted as she bumped into someone "I am sorry-" "No it's my fault I didn't look where I was going.." Hatsune looked to see a man her age with long blonde hair with slight sun kissed skin and green emerald eyes he looked pretty handsome and muscular to her and he also wore some fancy clothes.
Hatsune stared into the mans eyes despite just meeting him she felt a spark between them the man held her hand "what's your name?" He asked her "hatsune.." Hatsune said with a slight blush on her face "I am Cyrus it's nice to meet you beautiful.." Cyrus said kissing her hand gently making her blush more 'relax it's just another friendly gesture' Hatsune thought to herself as she didn't want to get her hopes up 'besides he might have a girlfriend -' "I don't have any significant other.." Hatsune looked at Cyrus as she couldn't help but be more embarrassed "god this is embarrassing.." Hatsune said blushing more "your new here aren't you.." Cyrus said to hatsune "yes-" "Then I should give you a tour around town.." Cyrus said to her as he held her hand, not taking no for an answer hatsune just nodded as he started to give the tour.
"So these are the shops where you can buy normal daily items-" "Is that a water gem!?" Hatsune asked as they had passed a jewelry shop "yes it is but I am sure a normal Grimoire might help more, say do you have your personal Grimoire?" Cyrus asked her "no I didn't grow up here and I didn't get my Grimoire till now.." Hatsune said to Cyrus with a sad look on her face "well then maybe you can attend the Grimoire ceremony today and get yours.." Cyrus said to her "alright!!" Hatsune said happily that she might get her personal Grimoire "what type of magic do you have?" Cyrus asked her "I can't tell it's kind of personal but I do have water as one of the elements.." Hatsune said to Cyrus "I respect your privacy.." Cyrus said to her with a smile.
The two had been walking for hours around the shops Cyrus was in awe of hatsune's curious nature "all these food stalls are making me hungry for food.." Hatsune said to Cyrus "then let me take you to the famous restaurant!!" Cyrus said to hatsune as he gripped her hand tightly taking her to the restaurant.
Cyrus took her out of the city and into a building located near the city

"Dragons grill?" Hatsune asked Cyrus "it might look small from the outside but it's big on the inside.." Cyrus said as he opened the door leading her in "wow.." Hatsune said amazed

"This place looks awesome!!" Hatsune said she looked at the crowd of people some were mages while some were other creatures belonging to the supernatural world Cyrus took her to the empty tables and found a table for two.
Cyrus pulled out a chair for her to sit in and hatsune sat down Cyrus sat down opposite to her with a smile as he stared at her looking around "I have never seen something like this.." Hatsune said "yea it's pretty chaotic in a good way.." Cyrus said to hatsune "hello my fears now what would you two like to order today?" A waitress had approached them "um I would like to order some-" "I was talking to the handsome man first.." The waitress said hatsune face saddened Cyrus was furious with the waitress's behavior "I think my girlfriend should order first.." Cyrus said the waitress was shocked and hatsune blushed slightly "oh um thank you Cyrus, I'll have the chicken katsu ramen but with miso soup.." Hatsune said to the waitress "I'll have the same thing as her.." Cyrus said to hatsune "alright.." The waitress said then went.
"Girlfriend?" Hatsune asked blushing Cyrus also blushed as he held her hand "look you know I didn't mean it but i didn't know-" "It's ok i understand.." Hatsune said letting go of his hand but Cyrus didn't let go "your hand is soft.." Cyrus said as both of them stared at each other "here is your chicken katsu ramen with miso soup.." The waitress said to them as she handed them the bowls

Looks good-" "Pay first.." The waitress said to hatsune but Cyrus payed first "cy-" "Here is your payment and i hope you get fired in the future because of your behavior.." Cyrus said to the waitress as she growled then went hatsune looked at Cyrus "let's enjoy the food before it gets too cold.." Hatsune said as she began to start eating with Cyrus "this is so good!!" Hatsune said "your right.." Cyrus said to her with a smile as they are together but couldn't help and steal glances.
After they finished the food Cyrus had lead hatsune out of the shop "so the Grimoire ceremony happens tonight, do you wish to attend?" Cyrus asked hatsune "yes I would love too.." Hatsune said to Cyrus "well then maybe you can get your Grimoire.." Cyrus said with a smile "yea.." Hatsune said to Cyrus before she went Cyrus pulled her in for a hug hatsune got flustered as she hugged him back 'what is this feeling?' Both of them thought together feeling butterflies in their stomach Cyrus kissed her forehead making her blush more he pulled away and used his magic to summon a cloud "well hatsune I better be off I hope to see you in the ceremony.." Cyrus said to her as he hopped onto the cloud then went.
After spending the day with Cyrus it was almost evening and hatsune couldn't help but stop thinking about Cyrus she reached the hotel only to see her adoptive father "dad!!" Hatsune said to akaashi "oh hatsune, we should get going to the ceremony.." Akaashi said to hatsune "ok and I met a boy-" "Not the time.." Akaashi said to hatsune "kids it's time we go out!!" It was hinata's shout "yea we need to go.." Hatsune said as she dragged akaashi to the location.
