there is this girl i saw by the park today. i want to start off by saying youre beautiful. i know i complement people often but my God. you were breathtaking. you were clasping a book with your dainty fingers like your life depended on it. i laughed into my jacket.  luckily. as you looked up i turned away. i think
something happened because your lips grew into a small smile. your hair was cut into a mullet with loose curls . you looked like a rock and roll fairy and those lips were as warm as summertime. you were wearing traditional japanese clothing. i know i was moving too fast but i dreamt of us in spanish gardens. with the clouds above us leaning over the balcony listening to some funky jazz music and laughing till our hearts hurt. you smelt like strawberry mint champagne. and i could imagine my papaya lipgloss smothered all over your hair. and i knew if i got to know you. i would melt like room temperature mercury to your touch. It looked like there were rosebuds growing between your eyelids. if i kissed them every full moon would they turn into a garden? It felt like my heart was soaked in honey lime milk for the seagulls to drink from the hollow . it all felt so beautifully sweet.

i hope our paths cross again
one day. and i hope you never share our garden

dedicated to the girl i saw at the park i wish i came up to say hi. i was scared but you were beautiful.
