"so um, does it hurt?" asked Kushina in a secretive tone while cupping her hands by her mouth. "Oh, so the great Kushina is afraid of something." Makoto giggled while gently rocking a sleeping Sasuke. "Oh, it's not that bad don't be a baby!" Tsuki replied to a blushing Kushina as she walked toward the two women. "Hello Tsuki are you here to see the doctor too?" Makoto asked. "Yes I am, I think this little one is almost ready to come out." Tsuki said smiling and lovingly patting her belly. "I just hope all our children grow up to be great friends, just like their moms." Kushina chirped with clasped hands and stars in her eyes. The other two women nodded in agreement.
"That reminds me..." Tsuki trailed off looking for the right words to say. "After Misaki died I was left all alone to raise Sumire and now my soon to come baby girl, Nami too. I'm just afraid that one day they'll be left alone. I don't want them to face the cruelty of this world without family. So please promise me that if anything should happen that they'll always have a place to call home and a spot in your hearts." She was a bit nervous and hesitant to ask such a favor from her friends but, she knew that she had too. She just couldn't bare to see her daughters consumed by the same sadness that held her so tightly.
Four months later Tsuki would die from complications with her second daughter's birth. Both children were then taken in by Tsuki's friend Mikoto who then raised them along side her two sons.
