Click and I keep drinking our coffee and we chat for a little bit.
"So, do I get to consider this our first date?" he says through a small laugh.
"Only if you take me on a second." I respond with a playful smile.
"Well, I think you'll like the rest of my plans for the day."
"Oh? What do you have planned?"
"A good magician never reveals his secrets"
"Well I'm definitely excited."
"I hope I didn't hype myself up too much." He lets out a near anxious laugh "Just try not to expect too much." I give him a reassuring smile.
"I'm just excited to spend the day with you... honestly I don't care what we do."
"That is definitely reassuring. I'm honestly glad to be spending the day with you too. I think you may even be cuter in person."
"I could say the same thing to you. Plus...." I cut myself of "Uh.. n-nevermind."
"Wait no, what were you going to say?" I could see a faint tint of pink on his cheeks.
"I...uh..." I giggle nervously
"What...?"
"It's just that... there's a lot about you that is better in person. I mean... you're so nice to me and even the way you look at me just feels so genuine."
"I... I don't even know what to say to that."
"I'm sorry, that was probably weird," I say in a panicked voice. He is quick to reassure me.
"N-no, not at all. I... I was just a little flustered I guess."
After our awkward flirting, both of us blushing, we finished our coffee and made our way out to his car.
