Did she really think I didn't care about her?
If only she knew how much I worried about her the nights leading up to this incident. How much I missed being away from her, and how the scare of her passing out at random made that ache for her more apparent. And now with Nezu wanting to have a serious discussion about her, I couldn't help but worry that my days with her were numbered.
With that in mind, I needed to do whatever I could to keep her by my side and keep her safe. And I knew step one was to make amends with her when I got home.
But first thing's first: Get through this broadcast.

(Reader's POV)
It had been over an hour since Aizawa left, and I still felt empty after the fight had occurred. I didn't think he'd be as upset with me he was.
Was my presence here causing that much of a problem?
I thought I was doing the right thing by keeping a tight lip around talking about the future. But seeing how much it was stressing others out, it made me think that maybe it wouldn't be a bad thing to drop hints. Then again, even the slightest hint could change the course of the future entirely. Kinda like how Dr. Strange told Stark in Endgame that if he told him what would happen, it wouldn't happen. And that only made me more worried about telling Aizawa about Bakugo and Ragdoll. Would that information, as little as I thought it was, change the outcome?
'I should trust Aizawa that he wouldn't tell anyone what I told him.' I thought, 'But trusting a single person with that kind of classified information is probably not the smartest idea...Then again, he is one of the most withdrawn and introverted characters I know. Maybe he was the perfect person to tell.'
I only hoped letting it slip about the future to him once didn't mean he would take advantage and try and get further information out of me again in the future, especially when things were dire. It was important that everything went as it was supposed to. If it didn't, everyone was going to be in trouble.
Just then, I heard a faint thud from outside, and felt the ground shake. It only lasted for a split second, but it was enough for me to notice.
Cloud, who was curled into a ball sleeping on the couch next to me, immediately woke up. His head raised, his eyes widened, and his ears were at full attention as he looked around.
'This can't be good...'
I heard another boom, followed by the ground shaking even more, and for a longer period. This time, the walls shook and the lights flickered.
Cloud quickly jumped out of his spot and ran underneath the bookshelf to hide.
"What the fuck is going on?" I whispered under my breath.
Another rumble, and everything shook more violently in the apartment. The lights flickered and then went out completely, leaving everything pitch black. One of the windows cracked before everything went still once again. I turned on my phone and saw the internet was completely out. Fucking perfect.
I turned on the phone's flashlight and then heard Cloud let out a whimpering meow from under the bookshelf.
"It's okay, buddy." I said soothingly as I crawled closer to him. Poor thing looked utterly terrified. I couldn't blame him. I could feel my heartbeat skyrocketing and my breath quivering.
I could hear the next door neighbors shouting outside from the hallway, screaming to the cops.
"What the Hell is going on?" I heard an elderly woman ask from out in the hallway.
"Ma'am, ma'am, please stay calm." I heard an officer say.
"Calm?! Our power's out and the foundation is shaking!" I heard her yell, "What's going on?"
"There's a fight happening from a nearby city. The shaking is from the blast wave." he began to explain.
'Holy shit! Is this from the fight from All for One and All Might?!' I thought.
"So why aren't you evacuating?!" she screamed.
"Ma'am, please stay calm." he said, "There's no reason to panic. We are far enough away that from the vicinity, and it would be safer to stay inside shelter than to be outside. If things escalate, we will evacuate the premises."
"But what if the building collapses?" she shouted.
"Ma'am, this building is up to code and can handle a small earthquake. I assure you, it's fine." he said again calmly, "Now please go back inside. Again, we will evacuate if things continue to escalate."
I heard her stomp off and angrily grumble under her breath before slamming her door.
The ground shook again, but to a much lesser extent than before. Even so, the vibration was unsettling, and it made me wish I wasn't here by myself.
'Aizawa, please come home. And soon.' I thought as I stayed on the ground, huddled next to a terrified cat.
