This is a modern time based fanfiction.
The characters don't act like themselves a lot in the book especially luffy, He's not as childish anymore.

We just arrived at the airport after another 2 week trip for my company I started when I was 17, we were just coming back from New York City in America,It was 10am March 1
"The limo should already be here to pick us up,Then we have to stop at The Heart Hospital because Chopper has a shift to attend to today"Robin said not taking her eyes off the IPad she had for work.
"And I really wanted to relax a bit before going to work but oh well patients need my help"Chopper said I chuckled .
"I'm hungry I can't wait to be home"I said stretching while walking.
"I can stop over at your house and make you all something to eat and chopper after I finish cooking I can bring some over for your lunch"Sanji said Chopper looked at him and smiled happily .
"Thank you Sanji"Chopper said bouncing as he walked.
We walked out of the airport and saw the limo waiting for us we hopped in and robin told to driver to stop at Heart Hospital, I just sat and put my straw hat on my head while scrolling threw my phone.
Time skip
We arrived at the Heart Hospital and Chopper grabbed his medical bag and left we then realized he left his hat.
"Don't worry I'll go and give it to him quickly"I said I then grabbed the hat, Got out of the limo and walked into the hospital
"Chopper!"I Said a bit louder than how I usually talked not wanting to draw to much attention.We were at the front desk of the giant hospital,it was very white and clean
"Chopper!"I said a little louder than before, He heard me and turned around he then saw me holding out his hat to him he came up and reached out his ummm..... hoove? To grab it.
"Doctor Chopper glad you could make it"Somebody said.
I turned my head and saw a tall man with olive colored skin with many tattoos on it, messy black hair that was covered with a white fur hat that had black spots on it, he had a stumbled chin, Mysterious grey eyes and both of his ears were double pierced with 2 gold ringed earrings in each ear.
I felt a low blush creep onto my face as I looked at him chopper then grabbed his hat that was in my hands causing me to look back at him.He then quickly put on his hat and smiled at the man
"Good morning Trafalgar Senpai!"Chopper said Smiling at the man
"Come On, I need your help with a patient"He said chopper nodded,waved at me and left with the man further into the hospital I then turned on my heel and quickly jugged out of the hospital and hopped back into the limo.
"What took you so long?"Nami said while Sanji poured her a glass of wine
"Nothing..... Robin is there anybody who works at this hospital with the name Trafalgar?"I asked robin smiled at me and handed me a bottle of water which I gladly took
"The Founder and CEO Of the this Hospital, Trafalgar D. Water Law. Why do you ask Luffy?"Robin said
"Nothing I just saw him and chopper adressed him as Trafalgar Senpai" I said fixing my straw Hat Everybody gave me a confused look but shrugged it off
"So we all are having lunch at Luffy's house then luffy and I have to update the company's social media pages and our website"Nami said we all nodded and we had fun for the rest of the car ride while brook played his violin.
Time skip
It was the next day and It was around 5 am in the morning so I had on a red hoodie,blue shorts and some sandals with my straw hat on my head.
I like coming out at this time of day since it gave me time to think.while walking down the neighborhood I see a man standing infront of a house drinking what I guess was coffee since it's in a mug while wear a white robe with a familiar mark on the bottom of it.

When I go closer I realized it's the CEO of the hospital chopper works at I think his name was Trafalgar Law
"Good Morning Sir Nice to Meet you"He said with a monotone voice from his porch walking out to the gate
"Good morning and Nice to meet you too"I said with a smile
"I dont think I've seen you around before are you new to the neighborhood?"he asked
"Um no I moved here 2 years ago I've just been traveling a lot for my company"I said smiling
"Oh now I know why you look so familiar You were with Doctor Chopper yesterday"He said
"Yeah that was me. My name is Monkey D. Luffy"I said he seemed a bit surprised to hear my name
"Oh so you're the founder of the straw hat Agency Mugiwara Luffy-ya"He said I just nodded
"My name is Trafalgar D. Water Law Founder of The Heart Hospital"he said
"Nice to meet you Trafalgar"I said we then shaked hands we then exchanged numbers and I went back house blushing a tiny bit while smiling.
