Cuddles

"Come on everyone, it's starting!" I yelled, settling down with my bowl of popcorn. It had been a week since the whole "kiss" scene and they were already airing the episode. Everyone rushed into their spots, cuddling up with their buddies.

Nina and Ian had each other and currently he was whispering in her ear while she blushed. Matthew, Zach, Joseph and Steven brought along their girlfriends(i think Steven has a girlfriend in real life but I'm not sure if they all do) and Kat brought her fiance. Michael and Candice were snuggled up to each other, his arms wrapped around her tightly.  That left Paul and I. We sat close together, his arm casually rested against the back of the couch behind me.

We all whistled whenever one of us came on screen and all the girls were fanning themselves off when "Tyler" took off his shirt. Then Paul appeared on the screen. We all knew what was coming next. I must've turned a million shades of red as everyone starting wolf-whistling and clapping and whooping when the kiss came on.

And then the camera faded, nice and dramatic in classic TVD style.

"Yes! Best episode ever!" Ian cheered, clapping his hands loudly while shooting me a knowing smirk.

"Oh shut up, Salvatore." I teased, throwing a piece of popcorn at him.

"Alright, children, no throwing food." Candice scolded, giggling as she glanced over.

"He started it." I pointed to Ian, pouting like a little child.

"And I'm ending it! Now, hush up."

I scoffed and stomped into the kitchen, putting the bowl by the sink. We were currently in Paul's house and I'd be lying if I said I didn't like it. It was just my style. Down to the last detail. Except maybe I would have a puppy running around somewhere.  

"You ok?" a husky voice asked as something touched my small waist. I jumped and turned around, holding up the first thing I could as a weapon.

"A spoon? Really?" Paul teased, smirking down at it.

"I...you scared me." I smacked his muscular arm with the spoon, trying to prove it was a weapon.

"Ow?"

"Yes ow." I turned and placed the spoon back down in the sink before I felt his fingers circling on my waist.

"I'm sorry. Don't be mad."

"I'm not mad."

"Do you know you wrinkle your nose when you lie?"

"I do not!" I gasped, pushing him away.

"You did it again. It's cute, don't get me wrong."

I rolled my eyes at him and turned to dig through his fridge, still hungry.

"Make yourself at home." He chuckled, turning to pull out a bag of chips.

"Wait! Freeze." I demanded, spinning around. He obeyed, his eyes widening and his hands going up into the air. "Let me see those chips." I grabbed the bag and read the name and sure enough, they were my favorite brand. I opened the bag and then pulled a chip on, munching on it happily.

"Um...can I move now?"

"Oh! Yeah, go ahead." I continued eating, sitting on the counter.

"So, can I have my chips back?"

"Nope. Get your own."

"Technically, those are mine."

"Well, they're mine now. Deal with it."

He gave me a look before snatching the bag away and getting down two bowls.

"They can be ours. Deal?"

I folded my arms across my chest and stuck my tongue at him as he handed me a bowl.

"Guys, we're leaving!" I heard a bunch of voices call. I jumped off the counter and went into the foyer to see everyone grabbing their coats and bags.

I gave everyone quick hugs and waved as they left.

"So, wanna watch a movie?" I asked, walking into the living room.

After eating my chips, which took me a solid hour since I ate them really slowly, I soon felt sleepy. I debated it inside my head before my body took over and cuddled up to Paul. I yawned and rested my head on his chest, closing my eyes. I felt lips press against the top of my head as an arm went around my waist.

"Goodnight, Paul." I muttered, nearly asleep.

He chuckled before responding. "Goodnight, Kathryn."

Sorry I haven't been uploading too much recently. So many things have happened recently and then to put cherry on top, I'm sick. *pouts*
