Chapter 21

"Why did you plan this?" Tanong ko agad nang makapasok na siya sa kwarto ko dala-dala ang ilan niyang gamit.

Nilagay niya naman ang mga ito sa closet ko at tumabi sa akin. We're both sitting at the bed. Mabuti na lang at nakapagshower na ako.

"I just want you to sleep beside me." He answered.

Inirapan ko siya at nahiga na tsaka tumalikod mula sa kanya. Naramdaman ko ding nahiga siya.

"Come on, Kara. We have to be alone."

"So you planned this? What are you trying to prove Finn? Why are you so tackless? Do you think they're not aware what will happen between us here? Or what's already happening?  What if they found out..."

"Sshhh..." He cut me off again. He put his hand in my mouth and hug me from behind. I can feel his hard muscles against my skin. I can feel his warmth. "Please, don't overthink. They won't figure it out. Not even Sam. You don't have to overthink, baby. Please." He said so calm.

Kumalma na din ako at hindi na ako pumiglas sa yakap niya.

"I'm sorry. I'm just being careful." I whispered.

"I know." He kissed my shoulder that gives shiver to my spine. "Just act normal when they're around, me as your brother and you as my sister." His husky voice surounds the room.

I held his hand on my waist. "Please don't fuck me here."

Bigla naman siyang natawa sa sinabi ko tsaka hinalikan ako sa pisngi.

"Oh, baby. You're making me laugh. Of course I won't. You're very funny and frank at the same time." He laughs.

"I'm serious Finn." Natigil naman siya sa kakatawa at mas humigpit ang yakap niya mula sa likod ko.

"I won't. Not tonight."

"So soon?" I ask.

"If you let me? Eventually? I don't know. It's your decision to make so don't make me hard this time."

"Finn!" Suway ko ulit.

"I know!" Natawa na naman siya sa akin. "I'm not gonna do it. I respect you." Dugtong niya.

"Let's sleep." Yaya ko na tsaka ako pumikit.

"Yeah, but before that, tell me about Lauren."

Naidilat ko naman ang mata ko nang seryoso ang tono ng boses niya.

"He's just nobody. He's the past."

"He's a model and your ex. Not just ex but your celebrity ex-boyfriend. Nagtagal kayo." I heard sadness and jealous in his voice.

"He's just an ex. Forget it." I insist.

"Do you still into him?" Walang sabi-sabing tanong niya at mabilis naman akong umiling at hinarap siya.

I kissed his forehead and cupped his gorgeous face. "Not anymore. Ikaw lang." Bulong ko.

Napangiti naman siya na parang nanalo sa lotto tsaka ako hinalikan sa pisngi.

"Naging kami because you left me in LA. I got bored so I got him. I really thought that I will forget you by loving him but I was wrong, I didn't forget you. I came here after we broke up and leave my job only to see you. How are you doing, if... if you have girlfriends or nah, if you're loving someone else but I'm thankful you didn't have anyone. But when I found out you're going out and dating girls at the bar, I became jealous. It's because you kissed them and dance with them in public. Damn Finn, you're  womanizer that's why pinigilan kitang magpunta sa bar." I confessed. It all came out from my mouth without me realizing it.
