Random Headcanons i have for Characters

Part 1 - Oikawa<3

A/N - Oikawa is one of my favorite haikyuu characters sooo here you goooo

1 - Oikawa had anxiety-induced nightmares as a child. Instead of going to his parents, he would sit on the roof and tap on Iwaizumi's window. They would sit together on the roof until Oikawa got tired again.

2 - Oikawa needs a hug. This is pretty self-explanatory. He just really needs someone to talk to. I feel like if he was enamored with you in anyway, whether it was friendly or something else, and you listened to him, he would never leave you alone.

2.5 - He would text you 'hey, are you up?' if he needed to talk with you at three A.M. I can imagine him sitting on his bed just talking about his anxiety and about how much of a mask he wears on the daily. All you need to do in this situation is hug him and let him cry it out. He is secretly a very emotional person, he just bottles it up. (#relatable)

3 - He is a HUGE cuddle bug. I mean HUGE. He feels like if there is not some sort of physical connection between you, he feels lonely. This comes from a childhood trauma-related touch depravity. He was not doted on by his parents, so he felt lonely a lot.

4 - He secretly hates his fangirls. This is also kind of self-explanatory. Canonically, he had a girlfriend that broke up with him because he was too focused on volleyball. After that, he realized that there were some people out there that just wanted to use him, and he feels like the fangirls are only into him because he has clout.

5 - He has trust issues. This kind of piggybacks off of the previous one. He feels like since he is pretty famous and very talented, that everyone he was interested in was just going to use him. This is why he is seen as vain. He uses his self-absorbed attitude as a front and has a difficult time at making true friends because he feels like they will exploit them. Once he finds a good one, he will latch on and never let go.

6 - His real smile is the most precious thing ever. He smiles a lot, because he has fangirls and takes a lot of pictures, and all social media and the general public sees is the over-exuberant, energetic, bright smile. His real smile is one that only the closest people get to see. It is a lot softer, but just as contagious.

7 - He is a lot smarter than most people think. He is seen by most people as a stupid pretty boy that is only there for attention and eye candy. In reality, especially in volleyball, he uses tactics and combos with his team that are very hard. He has pretty good grades and studies when he can.

8 - He knows how to read people and match their energy. He is emotionally intelligent, although it doesn't show often.

*DATING HEADCANONS because i am single af and sad*

1 - As soon as you started dating, he flaunted you EVERYWHERE. He introduced you to everybody. He is always a showboat, and a generally touchy person, so PDA doesn't bother him.

2 - None of his fangirls DARE to disrespect you. They knew the second you were on his social media, they didn't have a chance. A lot of his fangirls are notorious for bullying, but once they got the hint that you were special to him, they backed tf up.

3 - He wears his glasses around you. He doesn't wear them often, but when he does, it is truly a blessing. (In my personal opinion, glasses Oikawa reigns supreme) He was always kind of self-conscious of them, but after you bugging him about it, he started wearing them. He knows now that if he wears them, it means cuddles, and he can't say no to cuddles.

4 - COOKINGGG! If you can cook, he loves you 1000000% more, and you guys do couples cooking things all the time. 

5 - He is a whiny baby. It was cute for a little bit, but now it kind of gets on your nerves. You deal with it though, because you love him.

Okay, that's  all for today because it is currently 3:20 am and i should probably go to sleep, but I'm probably just gonna start another chapter xd have a good day/evening/night wherever you are.
