Wait but- || Five x Reader

~chapter one~

"Number Five!?" The boy who she was just staring looking over at the sound of his name.  "Please give Number Eight a tour of the house after dinner please."

"No I actually know everything.  I looked at map and now I know where everything is." Everyone looks at her in shock including her guardians., who were now Mr. Hargreeves, the nice lady (Grace), and Pogo.  Five uses his powers and spatial jumps towards her.  "Hi, my name is Five." He says looking down the the smaller girl in front of him. 

"Hi my name is Y/n.  But I guess now I'm known number eight." She said while glaring at Mr. Hargreeves.  Who rolled his eyes and simply told everyone to sit.  Everyone obeys him and sits down.  Everyone eats in silence. 

"Number Eight." Mr. Hargreeves says.  Y/n looking at him.  "I will have Pogo start training you after dinner, so you know what will happen when you are being trained for real." She simply nods. Being the first to finish her meal, Pogo leads her to a door. It has multiple items in it all things the that are in the room are used for the tests.

"Okay number eight, I want you to focus on moving this book this your mind. Imagine it moving in your head and focus on it." She does as the monkey says, and imagine it moving it off the table and focus on it moving. After a while it starts to lift. She tries harder to get it to move and it goes up to where she wants it. Pogo claps and gives a heavier object to lift. It lifts with in a few seconds of her focusing. The items keep getting heavier and bigger until we get to a point where she's lifting the table everything is placed on. It lifts and Pogo says we will train on her other powers.

"We will do your psychometry, technopathy, biokinesis, then your extrasensory perceptions." Pogo says happy when she nods. "Here take this." He hands me a picture of Mr. Hargreeves and tells her to sit down and close her eyes. He waits for her to do these actions then places a picture down in front of her. "Focus and find him." She focus a bit and find Mr. Hargreeves sitting at his desk.

"Found him." She says she looks around. Pogo looks at her "what are your surroundings?" He asked in a mildly interested tone.

"It's a dark place. Pitch black. Underneath me looks like water, but it's not getting my pants wet. I'm walking over to a light. He's there at his desk writing notes. He's talking about me." Pogo looks confused.

"How are you able to do them so fast?" He asked looking at her.

"I found out I had them three years ago. I secretly practiced all of them for all those years. Using them whenever I needed to. Playing hide-and-seek, if something was on the top shelf, going into a new place, or needing to turn off a computer during school." She said looking at the monkey. "I can do multiple things at once with the telekinesis." Pogo looks at her puzzled. "Here throw three things at me." He hesitated but did so the three a chair, a book, and a tennis ball.

She stopped all three which were all thrown at her a few seconds apart. She stretched out both her arms and stopped the chair and book, then stared at the tennis ball and made it stop. Mr. Hargreeves and the rest of the kids were at the door, all seemed impressed. "You've been practicing them for three years?" Mr. Hargreeves asks and she nods. "Can you kill people with them?" He asks she steps back at the odd question.

"I don't know." She says while staring at the ground.

"I have a rat in a cage. I want you to use your powers to try snap it's neck. Or use them to stops it's heart beat." Y/n nods and looks over at the rat. She jerks her head the side and rat falls limp on the bottom of the cold metal cage.

"Wow! That was... wow!" Five stammers over his words, as he locks eyes with the girl in front of him. Her smile makes him happy, and when she talks it's like music to his ears.

"Very impressive number eight." Everyone looks at their dad, Y/n still focused on Five. But she smiles at his recognition at her power. "You will come to us on our mission tomorrow. You are ready," Mr. Hargreeves leaves without another word. Number one follows. Soon number seven decides to walk inside also.

"Can you do something else?!" Number four asks excitedly.

"Yeah." She says then looks over at five who blushes while staying in her y/e eyes. "Five. Get me a light." She says and Five runs inside and grabs a light bulb and a something for it to be attached to. "Thanks" she says and connects the light to the platform.

"Don't turn it on Five." Pogo says from the doorway. Let's see what she can do. Five nods and watches Y/n. She looks at the bulb and it flickers. She turns it on without touching it. She makes it really bright making everyone squint, then the glass blows up. She flinches and stops the shards of glass just my holding up her hands. "Kids get inside." Pogo says, and Y/n jerks her head down and the glass falls to the ground.

"I still can't get over that," Five says with a small smirk on his face. Y/n giggles and blushes a little.

"Thanks Five." She says with a smile on her face and still blushing. Five is also now blushing.
