Nothing happened...

I did my shifting routine, but when I was doing the Raven method, I didn't feel any symptoms. I think I was too tired to fully give it my all. I have not been sleeping well so I am going to be taking a break for a few nights, that way I'll have my strength for the next time I try to shift. 

Remember to always take breaks! Shifting can drain your energy and in order to shift easier, you need your energy and sleep. Even just a few days of taking a break will really prepare you for the next time you shift. Plus sleeping raises your vibrations and we all know who important that it.
