I woke up the next morning to the two stalkers I like to call friends, Delta and Jessa. They were seated on the edge of my bed, staring at me while drinking tea. I sat up, groaning at the massive pounding in my head. Jessa grinned sympathetically, reaching into her pocket and grabbing an Ibuprofen bottle. She hucked it at me and handed me her tea.
"Thanks." I mumbled, drowning the rest of her bitter tea. I'm a coffee person.
"Are you okay?" Delta whispered.
"Did Luke ass out?" Jessa whispered.
I looked down, "No. But I don't want to talk about it yet." I said, recalling asking him if we could tell people together, 'cause I don't know what to expect out of people.
"Okay." Jess nodded, "Well, we'll let you get ready and meet us downstairs?"
I nodded, although I really wasn't in the mood to deal with people. I just wanted to stay in bed and get my thoughts straight. But I knew, eventually, someone would come in search of my brilliance. So I got ready, and started off downstairs.
As I reached the kitchen, I pulled my sleeve's into my hands. Luke was sitting with Tia and drinking a glass of orange juice. I knew love is hopeless, but I also knew Luke couldn't stand Tia, so I've gotta trust him that much... Right?
Shaking it off, I brewed myself a cup of coffee and took a seat at the counter. Almost seconds later I felt a presence next to me. I turned my head to see Ashton, as he smiled giddily.
You'd think he's the one who was just asked to be Luke Hemmings girlfriend.
"Hey." He briefly greeted. "So... Lucifer told us what happened."
I only nodded, unsure of what to say.
"Oh c'mon!" Ash nudged me. "Just because you have a boyfriend, doesn't mean you have to change, Lovey. Luke adores you for you."
I giggled smally, "I know, its... Well, I guess, along with being scared, I'm a little... Not mad, but upset with him?" I sighed, raking a hand through my hair. "I just think its a little selfish of him to keep me here. As much as I've had fun and met great people, I want to see my dad."
Ashton sat thinking for a moment t before he said, "To you it feels selfish, but to Luke I think it feels like he has to prove to you that love chases, it won't just stay in the house. And if you leave he can't chase after you for another two months."
Confliction swirled through my body. Understanding Luke's views, but hating that he is probably right. I was sad because in this moment I felt alone, and honesty? I just want my dad.
Ashton walked away as I jumped; feeling arms wrap around my waist. He placed his lips on my cheek and smiled, causing me to giggle. He pulled away and spun my chair around so that I was facing him. I avoided his gaze by picking at a scuff in my jeans, until he forced me to look him in the eye by pressing two fingers under my chin.
"Just because I asked you to be mine, doesn't mean I want us to be different." He brushed a strand of my hair back. "I love our movie nights where you draw on my wrists. I love talking about shitty movies, or hearing your opinion on the serious things. I love watching you draw and seeing the final product."
"Okay." I smiled. "If I say I trust you..."
"Then if there is one thing that I can promise in this world," he cut me off, "I'd use that promise to assure you that I will never let you go. Never."
"Luke, you disgust me." Michael grunted, causing Luke to look at him over my shoulder. "I mean this is more cliché than a bloody rom-com!"
I smirked playfully, drowning the rest of my coffee and standng up on my chair. I stepped over the taller part of the counter and crouched over Michael thinking 3... 2... 1... And I burped in his face. Michael stumbled backwards, disgust covering his face, while Luke was laughing his ass off. I stood up and pumped my fist while biting my lip.
"Blake's back, bitchachos!"

"You're dating?!" Tia screeched. "C'mon! She's not worth it!"
A lot of girls started fangirling whereas Tia had a fit. She looked like a two year old who was told she couldn't have a cookie. Nonetheless, I'm a person, and I have feelings so being called worthless kinda, sorta, really hurt.
"Tia!" Luke scolded, "I'm not going to allow you to treat her like that."
"You can't be serious! She's a bitch and, like, she's not even pretty! If you spend your time together, she'll end up spending all your money, because that's what poor people do! You need someone like me, at least I'm rich."
I rolled my eyes, although on the inside I was crushed. What was weird was that it was like Luke could tell. Was I that easy to read? Luke wrapped his arm around me, his hand resting on my hip.
"At least she has a pretty personality!" Delta shouted. I looked at her kinda offended and she realized what she said, "That's not what I meant." I giggled and rolled my eyes.
"She means fuck you Tia Turnner, because Blake is indeed charismatic, beautiful, charming, funny, sweet, and everything you're bloody not. Do us all a favor? Grow up and get over yourself. Blake is anything but a gold digger. You are nothing but a wanna be slut, daddy's girl."
Tia started to pout harder and stormed off. Delta and Jessa high fived and everyone floated away. Luke placed his lips on my cheek, hugging me tight.
"Tia's delusional, you are perfect. Okay?"
"Sure thing, chicken wing." I winked, jumping up and skipping to the kitchen."
