The BMW Z4 GT3 (E89) is a race car that was introduced in March 2010. Unlike the BMW Z4 production cars, the GT3 is equipped with a V8 powertrain.
The GT3 won the 2011 Dubai 24 Hour Race and competed in the FIA GT3 Championship with its improved aerodynamics efficiency in comparison with its predecessor, the BMW Z4 M GT3.
It is featured in all titles with the 2011 Dubai 24 Hour Race Team Need for Speed livery except in Shift 2: Unleashed, where it appears with the FIA GT3 European Championship livery.
The Z4 GT3 was retired at the end of 2015 season, being replaced by the M6 GT3, based on the M6 F13, from 2016 onwards.
