CHAPTER 01

01- Hi, I'm Jasmine

They say that we make our own choices and we make our own fate.

But what if in the beginning, we know what will happen in the end yet we choose to stay and continue, because we still hope, still hoping that maybe we can fix a broken piece.

They say first time is really the best of all time. That these are the scenarios of our lives that we could never, ever forget.

Our first talk when we were still babies, first loose tooth we got in graders, first time we peed and shit on our pants, first time we cut our bangs which is definitely not good at all, and most especially, our first love.

What could be the chance of knowing that the person you are staring at, is your true love?

What will happen if this is the first time I'll get to meet the man that I'll love.

Will I get to choose the right timing?

Natatakot ako sa lahat ng first time ko sa buhay, well, nakakatakot naman talaga diba kung una? Kaya siguro hanggang ngayon maraming bagay ang hindi ko pa alam at nasusubukan. But it's okay! I have my friends and family, sapat na sila.

"Ms. Toledo, explain to the class about the Law of Interaction." Bumalik ako sa huwisyo nang marinig ko ang boses ni sir.

Omg!

Dahan-dahan akong tumayo habang nakayuko dahil 'di ko naman alam ano isasagot diyan. Malay ko ba kung ano ang kinalaman ng Law of Interaction sa buhay ko. Ramdam na ramdam ko ang titig ng mga kaklase ko sa'kin, nakakahiya naman kung hindi ako makakasagot.

"Ms. Toledo? If you can't answer my question, then remain standing!"

Kulang ako sa tulog ngayon, hindi ma proseso ng utak ko 'yung lessons ni sir. Ayoko pa naman na manatiling nakatayo, kaya bahala na'to.

"Uhmm," dahan-dahan akong lumingon sa gawi ni sir. "I don't believe that there is an exact definition of this law. I must say that this happens when two objects both understand each other's side." I giggled after saying those.

Pwede na ata 'yon. Mukhang match naman 'yung sagot ko sa tanong niya. 

Tinaasan niya ako ng kilay, ngunit pinaupo rin naman ako agad-agad. And for the credits, wala talaga akong alam sa law na 'yon, interaction lang ang alam ko kaya 'yon na lang ang binigyang kahulugan ko. At least nauto ko si sir at nauto rin niya ako. Same sir, same.

"Bongga ka dun na part Mhie! Patutor ako bukas, sige na." Nagmamakaawa na saad ni Akesha.
