Sneaking Around

I woke up and Calum texted me.

To: Skylar
From: Bae

Let's go out today

To: Bae

But how...

Tell your dad your going to Amanda's house.

To: Bae

Ok.

So it was settled we were going to sneak out.

"Good morning princess." My Dad said.

"Morning. Hey Dad, I'm gonna go to Amanda's house because we need extra practice for the game tonight and she needs to study." I said putting on my 'good vibes' shirt from pink on and my black flannel.

"Ok, then I'll see you later." My Dad said as I put my soccer uniform in my gym bag and gave him a fake smile.

"Ok. See you later." I said as he walked out of the door and I put on my black ripped skinny jeans and my all black vans. I put on my cleats in my bag, grabbed my keys and called Amanda.

On the phone...

"Hey Sky." She said

"If my Dad calls tell him I'm with you. Ok?"

"Ok, but wh.... OMG Skylar Jasmine Brooks, are you going code black on your parents?!?" She asked

"Yes, yes I am."

"Oh My God, Skylar!" Luke shouted out in the background

"Hi Luke."

"Sky, I can't believe your breaking the rules. Has the earth gone out of balance, Is it dooms day, are we all gonna get sucked in a black hole?" She said

"Look Daddy's little angel needs to fly so she sold her soul to her lover."

"Aww, anything for you because I ship you and Cal one hundred percent one more than I ship myself and Luke at ninety-nine point nine percent." She said

"Aww..... and what?" Luke said

"See you guys at the game." I said as I hung up the phone.

I met Calum at Johnny Rockets.

"Hey baby." He said as he got up out of the booth to hug me.

"Hi. Are you ready?"

"Let's go." He said.

I got in his car, we are going to hangout in Calum's special place. I held his hand and he kissed my hand. I smiled.
Calum makes me feel special. We were far away from my house and half of 12 miles away from the school. We walked in the forest.

"Cal, where are you taking me?"

"You'll see." He said as we walked over the bridge.

"Well are we almost there?"

"Right.... here. Stop." He said as I halted to a stop.

"Ok. So where is here?" I said

"Think about it." He said. I thought about it and realized what this place is. The bridge was familiar and so was the tree. This was where our first date happened. I smiled, and he smiled too.

"Cal, you genius."

"I knew you'd catch on." He said.

"I love you."
