BETTYS pov

I am three and half months pregnant and this is best thing happened to me after my and jug marriage of course and believe me I am having one hell of mood swings that jug have to face practically everyday

right now I am at my office I work as a journalist in new York times I love my job but these days I feel exhausted due to pregnancy and jug has been super protective and caring so he is gonna work from home till our baby is born and for a few months after that since he is a writer so he can write from home

while I was doing some work my phone started ringing

on call

J - hey betts

B - hey juggie

J - when are you gonna be home or due you want me to pick you up

B - jug dont worry I am leaving in 10 minutes I will be home soon

J - ok bye I love you

B - ok I will see you at home love you too

then we both hung up

it is right now 5:30 pm

I finished my work by 5:45 pm

then by 6:15 I was home I opened door of our apartment and just when I entered I immediately smelled some spaghetti

JUG was in kitchen so he might have not heard me

so I took off my shoes and jacket and walked in kitchen and hugged him from behind

B - hey babe

then he around facing me turned the gas stove to low

J - hey love how was your day

B - ok but a little bit exhausting

then he kissed me and my belly

J - how about now

B - so much better

j - hmm

then he turned around back to cooking

AND I was standing near him looking at him

B - you know I could have never imagined jughead jones in kitchen and cooking

J - well get used to it and there are brownies also in oven

B - wow jug I am impressed I said kissing him on cheek and then on lips

B - well I am gonna go and change

J - ok it will be done in few minutes

then went and changed into some pjs and a comfortable t-shirt

and then I came into our living room and saw jughead sitting on couch writing on his laptop I went and sat next to him

J - BETTS you look really tired

B- yeah I am

I rested my head on his shoulder then he put his laptop aside

J - come here he laid my head on his lap and started massaging my forehead first
