your pov
what's the deal. i'm y/n l/n and i'm a black girl. i'm best friends with yuuji itadori and we've been friends for a VERY long time. anyways that's all y'all getting for now but it's time to catch y'all up on present time

yuuji and i are sitting with our upperclassmen and we're in a cult club when president plankton (i think that's his name) came in talking about we needed to evacuate the club room

"you might not wanna underestimate our club president" yuuji says while that one girl (i forgot her name) talks about what's been going on with the school and spirts and stuff. i'm not really sure i was listening to music. i like the occult club but i don't get into it as much as yuuji does but hey if he likes it i do too.

"they were ticks and yuuji is signed up for track and field not this club so it's not even enough members for it to be a club" president says and i look at him

"you did that?" one of the upperclassmen says

"hold on ain't no way he's in sports because i'm the one who made sure he put down this club and even if so i'm still here so yes it is enough memebers" i tell them

that's when the coach burst thru the door talking about how there aren't members in the club for it to be open

"IM THE ONE WHO CHANGED IT" coach says

"wait why" yuuji asked

"because the track the track and field team needs you" he replies and i just took my eyes and sit down

now this man know he's more of a mess than any of us here- i think to myself

"how many times do i have to tell you i'm not joining the team?" yuuji argues

"you are" coach says

"no i'm not"

"how ever i'm not some demon. so if you can somehow defeat me i'll excuse you from the team and we'll settle it by competing" he says

"that'll work" yuuji agrees. we all go out onto the field and i look at yuuji

"bruh go easy on coach" i tell him. ever since we was small he's been ridiculously strong and he's taught me a few things too because i am not, and will not be a damsel in distress

coach throws his ball and it goes 14 meters. i laugh and he looks at me

"what do you find funny" he asked all serious

"the smell of yo breath and body, back away from me" i tell him. he scowls and moves

"and you told me to go easy on him" yuuji whispers to me

"i mean someone had to tell him" i say he then goes in the circle and ask coach if he could throw it how he wants. coach says yes and that's when i pulled out my phone

"for this challenge you can throw the ball how ever you want because i know this event isn't your strong suit. you've probably never even been-" coach starts but yuuji doesn't let him finish by throwing the ball to 30 meters and almost everyone looks shocked

"yuhh and did. my best friend showed yo big stupid goofy, dewayne the rock johnson, deep voice "arby's we have the meats" head ass up" i say putting the camera in his shocked face

"oh yea couch this is going on the gram" i say and post it. i look around at everyone face and see someone i don't recognize. he's tall- well i'm tall but he's taller than me, blue hair, and i think blue eyes, he also has long lashes. i shrug my shoulders and mind my business and turn to yuuji who was grabbing his stuff.

"oh its already half past 4. later coach. y/n you coming" he shout

"hell yea" i say and we run past the blue dude go get some flowers for grandad (yea he told me to call him that since i've been around long enough and have to "babysit" yuuji) and go to the hospital

"i told you not not come, and hello y/n, and stop bringing flowers" he says

"hey grandad. i see you're aging well but that's not a surprise" i say with a small smile

"and grandad their not for you their for the nurses" yuuji says and i look at him

"ooohhh so u tryna wife one up. ok ok gone ahead then i ain't mad at you" i say geeking him up which doesn't work

"all the reasons not to bring them. what's going on with your club? why aren't y'all at y'all's club?" grandad says

"chill out grandpa the club ended hours ago. if i didn't have extra time we wouldn't be visiting you" yuuji say

"good but both of you listen to me since i have free time there's something i wanna say before i teach the end" he says. i sit down but yuuji says  he's not interested. i fold the paper and throw it at home like a spin blade and it cuts the back of his neck

"ow! what was that for" he says whining

"bcuz we gotta listen to what grandaddy gotta say" i tell him but he goes back to doing him

"first off y/n. i know i don't say this but i appreciate you a lot for sticking with my hard to deal with grandson" he starts

"i'm not that hard to deal with" yuuji says and i roll my eyes playfully

"anyways you're just like family so i have one request. stay by yuuji's side no matter what" he says looking at me. i nod confused

"i gotchu" i tell him but my phone starts ringing and i see it's my brother

"scuse me yall i gotta take this but like always it was nice  seeing you grandad" i say

"likewise" he says and i leave the room

-time skip

i hung up from my brother. all he wanted was to see if i'll buy him some gummy bears before i get home but i told him i was out and was staying the night at yuuji's so we could look up more about that object he found

i sit outside the door and hear yuuji say "grandad" and it goes quiet then nurses come running down the hall

yuuji's pov
grandpa then turned over and said

"yuuji. you're a strong kid so try to help others. save the people you can, even it's those who closes to you. just save as many as you can and you'll be surrounded by good people. don't end up like me" and after that he didn't say anything else

-time skip

your pov
i walk in to see yuuji on the verge of tears and see grandad being escorted out. he explained to me what happened and i hugged him then helped pack his things while he signed paperwork. once we were done we were about to walk out

"so do you still want me to come over" i ask him

"ooh yea. we can look up information and watch movies. grandpa wouldn't wanna see us all crying and upset" he says and i nod. then someone calls out our names

"y/n l/n and yuuji itadori......"
