A.N : It's been quite a while! I know that a lot of you have been asking about where this story went as I drafted it for quite some time. Well, I decided that it needed revamping! So while it's majorly the same plot line, it will have added details and hopefully, better grammar.
I will try and finish the updates as soon as possible, but with 33 chapters I ask for your patience, Thank you so much!!

My eyes lazily drifted from the whiteboard at the front of the classroom, focusing not on the material I was paying to learn, but instead out the window I had placed myself by.
The sun was out in full force, adorning a beautiful cloudless sky. Huddles of people gathered out in the campus plaza. A slight tug pulled at my heart at the sight of them. God, why am I even here? I couldn't even name another student in my class with a knife against my throat.
A knife... I wish I had my butterfly knife right now. I got in trouble the last time I brought it to school though. Apparently; it was a "safety violation," although I didn't even bring one with a real blade. Pussies. It helped me sit still.
Honestly, the only reason I'm here is to escape the shithole that I used to call home, anything was better than that. Even trying to learn things I know I'll forget as soon as exams are over, in this college that costs so much I'll probably be in debt for the rest of my life. It's still better than where I was, and that was the only thing keeping me going.
Sudden laughter turned my attention to the door where more students were starting to filter in, smiling at each other. The tugging returned.
Friends. Didn't have those.
Laughter. Not in years.
Watching them I realized, knife to my throat, that there was one student that I could name.
Matt.
He was popular, seemingly friends with everyone. The only reason I knew his name was because people seemed to be saying it all the fucking time.
"Matt, can you help me with this?"
"Matt, what are you doing tonight?"
"See you at the soccer game tonight Matt!"
Matt, Matt, Matt, Matt, Matt
Matt had only just walked in, and already he had started to drift around to different friend groups before settling down into his seat. It was hard to miss the ice-blue eyes framed by a mop of blonde hair. He's like a walking ad for Teen Beach Movie, with the supporting cast of nameless faces drawn towards him like moths to a bright blonde flame. As he sat down near the front, the lean figure paused ever so slightly, and as if he could sense my gaze, turned in my direction. The irritatingly blue eyes settled onto my own, followed by a slight smile.
What was he looking at? I never understood why he felt the need to say hello to me, I wasn't going to worship him like all the others. Although he was the only one who ever paid any attention to me, I didn't like him. The feeling was so strong some may even call it hate.
Yeah, that was it.
I hate him.
