"...happy day 973 y'all!! I love you guys so much and can't wait for the day where we meet." It was the 973rd day since I met my kindred spirits online, and yet we still haven't met in person. We met through an online social platform called Discord, and we talked and laughed together for hours each day. There were five of us, Hayley, Lina, Nath, Rose, and myself, Rebecca. However, some of us were half a world away, which made it extremely difficult to meet.
It's always been strange to have a brother and sisters that you have never hugged, shook their hand, or looked into their eyes. But you have been touched by their soul, see the good in their hearts, and felt the warmth of their being. The siblings I have never met, are not my siblings untouched, for I have felt them with me when I needed them. I have confided in them and they are some of the kindest people I know.
Hayley, Lina, Nath, and Rose were like my brother and sisters. They were always there for you when needed, without you even knowing you needed them. That's just how amazing they are. Even though some of us were decently close in distance, where Lina was just over a thousand miles away, and Rose is around 2,000 miles. Nath and Hayley lived in the United Kingdom over 5,000 miles away. Every night I dreamed about breaking these distances, but how?
