The two ended up falling asleep together, enjoying one another's warmth and company.
Come the next morning, Jake woke himself up by very ungracefully rolling off the couch on onto hard floor.
"Oomf-"
"Mhh? Whas goin' on?" Alex slurred in a deep, hungover voice.
"I just fell, dummy."
"Then come back up here and keep me warm.."
"Let me pee first and then we can cuddle as long as you want." The neko told the other, ignoring his whines as he headed for the bathroom.
