THE DOCTOR KNELT DOWN and blew the golden smoke away from his hand that was held in a water container.

Me, jack, rose and donna all watched him

"You see, use the regeneration energy to heal myself, but as soon as that was done I didn't need to change, I didn't want to, why would I?" The doctor straightened his tie as he stood on his own two feet

"So to stop the energy going all the way, I siphoned off the rest into a handle, bio-matching receptacle, namely, my hand, my hand there. My hand, spare hand." The doctor exclaimed as we all looked at the severed hand that the doctor kept

"Remember, Christmas Day, sycorax?" The doctor asked rose

"Lost my hand in a sword fight, that's my hand."

Rose looked up

"What do you think?" The doctor asked as rose slowly walked forward

"You're still you?" She asked walking forward

"I'm still me." The doctor smiled

They shared a long embrace as Donna casually flirted with jack, to my dismay made me gag because come on, he's gay.

Finally the two let go and we all stood around the tardis console as the Doctor fiddled with bits

Suddenly the Tardis went dark and the Doctor instantly went running around the console

"They got us, the powers gone, some kind of chromo loop."

The Tardis shook sending us down, jack grabbed rose and the Doctor grabbed donna leaving me holding on for dear life to a pole.

Finally we stabilised so we could all stand up without falling

"There's a massive Farley ship at the centre of the planets, they're calling it the crucible." Jack said

"Guess that's our destination." I mumbled Walking to stand by everyone who was in front of the doctor

"You said these planets were like an engine, but what for?" Donna asked

"Rose? You've been in a parallel world, that world is running ahead of this universe, you've seen the future, what was it? The Doctor asked pointing to rose

"It's the darkness." Rose mumbled

"The stars were going out." Donna said

"One by one, we looked up to the sky and they were just dying" Rose described "basically we have been building this travel machine, this, dimension cannon, so I could, well, so I could" rose started to stutter

"What" the doctor smirked

"So I could come back." Rose smiled

"Shut up" rose said smiling " anyways, suddenly it started to work and the dimensions started to collapse, not just in our world or yours, but in the whole of reality. Even the void was dead. Something is destroying everything" Rose described

"In that parallel world, you said something about me."Donna said

"I'm guessing I was very much in a different time stream during all of this." I mentioned as me and jack smiled and agreed

"The dimension cannon could measure time lines, it weird donna, but they all seemed to converse from you" rose said looking behind her to Donna

"Why me." Donna asked looking around at anyone

"What have I ever done, I'm a temp from Chiswick." She exclaimed

The tardis started to bleep which caught the attention of the doctor, his head snapped towards the console and he watched it intently

"The darker crucible. All aboard!" He said as I huffed

The Tardis was getting sucked towards the daleks and it started to shake as we landed

"The Tardis is secured." Came the same booming voice the 4 heard only moments ago

"Doctor, you will step forth or die." Another daleks announced from outside the box

"We'll have to go out, cause if we don't they'll get in." The doctor said from behind me as I watched the doors

"You told me nothing gets through those doors." Rose mentioned

"You've got extrapolator shielding." Jack said

"Last time we fought the Daleks , they were scavengers and hybrids.. and mad, but this is a fully-fledged empire at the height of there power." The doctor stated "right now that wooden door."

"Is just wood" I finished off

"What about your dimension jump." Jack stated as I turned around and spoke to the group

"It needs another 20 minutes and I'm not leaving." Rose said

"What about your vortex manipulation thing" jack asked

"It won't be able to carry all 5 of us, 3 maximum besides, it's doesn't like the jumping thing, I'm having problems with the overheating, just turned off the sound." I said as the doctor nodded his head while I showed them the overheating sign that flash red on my manipulators face

"Right, all of us together then" he said

"Donna." The doctor called as we all looked over to Donna who seems to be day dreaming

"Hey Donna." The doctor said as she came back from her dream

"There's nothing else we can do." He said putting hands on her shoulder

"Yeah I know." She said

"Surrender doctor and face your darlek masters." The voice boomed again

"Oh give it a rest we're coming" I mumbled as the doctor lead from Donna to just in front of me

"It's been good though hasn't it." The doctor said looking at Donna who nodded

"You were brilliant."

"And you" he said to jack who I could hear stifle a laugh

"And you were brilliant." The doctor said to rose

"And you Alex Pond, you are extraordinary." He mentioned and I smiled

"Your alright like." I laughed and the doctor huffed at my witty comeback

"Blimey." He said facing the doors and starting to walk to them.

One by one we followed him out of the Tardis into the darleks that awaited us.
