Any male with a quirk factor would then be given the classification; Omega. And be taken by the government until they were of age. Then, they would be sent to the most prominent hero school in all of Japan - U.A.
Only guaranteed that most men didn't end as breeders. Because is widely know that any man with a quirk factor is destined for greatness. And with some very rare cases of them developing quirks in adulthood. Let's just that while there's discrimination, it is not so great as one would be led to believe.
Izuku had been given the classification; Omega, As he somehow ended awakening in one of the government facilities. And trained by a year in their hands, while constantly being flirted by every woman in there.
In other words, by the entire facility.
One of his solaces is the quick development of his body. Izuku Midoriya, now with a height of 1,90cm and pronounced muscles had to run from every woman in that facility just to keep in chastity intact.
