"There's no one! You obviously came by yourself!" Atmosphere's tension had worsen by the second, as if something is fueling them.
"Miss, I'll ask for a consent from the Acting Grandmaster for a knight. And as for you, Sir一"
"What's going on?"
Her gaze moved, finding the familiar red haired man walked. She lowered her head as the man casually stepped to the scene. "I was wondering why did the crates come late, and I didn't expect to see you here, Apprentice."
She lifted her head, averting his gaze to look at the lady. "Master Diluc, this woman just ran into the crate and broke everything! She even dared to lie she was followed by someone!" The man informed to Diluc, same tempered as before.
"She was chased, Sir Diluc."
"There's no one! Please don't be deceived by her一" the man quickly stopped his words after catching a glimpse of her stone dagger e/c.
Y/n turned back her gaze, daring to look at the noble's eyes. "Her safety is Favonius' task, am I right, Miss?" Her question was more of a remark rather than a question.
The red haired man scoffed to the other side, he crossed his arm to another. "She's chased." Now, he confirmed in an assertive way. "There's no need for the Favonius to pay. If she's chased, then so be it."
The man turned his gaze to look at the red haired man, shock, jaw dropped. "Huh?"

Knock knock!
A knocking was heard on the door. It was quite rough. She hated it when someone knocked the door so harshly.
"Open the door! We don't have all day!"
Y/n sighed. She knew well whose this voice belonged to. Instead of opening the door, she stood still behind. Her hands moved to her ears, acting ss if the voice never existed.
"Open the gosh damn door!"
This was one of a reason why she liked to stay in the Favonios HQ instead of her house.
To avoid anything that disturbed her peaceful daily life. She regretted everything that she had chosen in her life path.
The knocking stopped. No more voices, except her relief sigh. Slowly, little by little, she stood up and walked to the window nearby.
The men were leaving from the sight. The people who had knocked harshly on the door, were on their Fatui's outfit.
But another knocking was heard. Y/n sighed harshly. 'Shoot!' She cursed. Her hands slamed the door open with a death glare on her eyes.
Her blades were on her hands already, prepared to cut off anyone that dared to destroy her day. Stance ready, hand trailed to the doorknob and twisted it opened slowly. "I told you I don't一Sir Kaeya?"
Her body relaxed, but not her guards. She put away the blade and sighed.
Y/n gazed at the man infront of her. "Can I come in?" He asked. Y/n slowly nodded her head, still hostile. She put her step to the left, welcoming the man in the house as she made her way to the kitchen.
The awkwardness between them rose, but deep inside, she was thankful that at least someone came.
"Tea or wine?" Y/n offered. The wine before her was still a lot. She didn't finish the drink from yesterday's night, of course knowing how bitter it was. "Hm, tea please," Kaeya replied.
Y/n hummed in response and made the tea. Her steps were getting closer to the couch and sat there, infront of the man. "Please make yourself at home," Y/n welcomed forcing a small cold smile. If she were honest, no matter how much she had tried to smile, it'd only turn out cold.
Y/n shifted her gaze to the flower vase on the table that was neatly done. 'Why is he here?'
Either way, guest or not, suspicions still risen—unable to calm down. Not even one bit did her shoulder relaxed by the uninvited guest.
"Hey."
Faces don't describe the situation.
Her daily lesson she'd encountered in her life many times. Her heart beat swiftly albeit her face was perfectly composed and collected. "Yes?"
"Who were they?"
The night that fallen kept them company as he waited for her answer patiently. The tea was left untouched, even the glass was untouched, as the liquid reflected the moonlight.
Y/n shook her head and chuckled that came out forced. "Debt collecter. I haven't paid some debts." A lie she had told, yes. In the comfortable night, who would dare to ruin it with unnecessary heavy topic?
The clock ticked, keeping them company as the time slowly passed by them.
But she'd just have to play it that way. "What brings you here?" Y/n asked. "I was told to check on you, but it seems like you're fine. I'll head back. Thank you," he informed.
And just like that, he stood up from the couch turning his heels to walk out of the house as if nothing had happened.
A slight irk hit her. Y/n sighed. It was an unnesecary visit.
"Wait, what about the tea?"

Y/n was checking the paper on her hands. She was helping Lisa with some reports from the paper. "It all seemed fine." Y/n reported.
A silence filled the two. Y/n didn't mind the silence, rather find it comforting. Like how everyone rumored her, Y/n was a cold person. She didn't care what was happening to someone else. As long as it didn't affect her.
"Kaeya came to my house a week ago." She was now able to get back to the Headquarters but with no missions.
"Oh, really? But Jean didn一"
"Excuse me, I have a report一oh you're here."
The familair deep voice called out. Y/n held in her sigh. How many times had she encountered the Captain, she lost count.
"Good morning, sir," Y/n greeted with a simple greeting.
"I would like to talk to Lisa, please," Kaeya announced. He cleared his throat. Lisa nodded her head. They both had left the girl alone.
If how people rumored her to be, Y/n was a cruel woman that could cut off anyone's head that dared to threat her. Though, it was exagratted, she didn't mind anyways. It would be better that way.

"Fatui? You saw the Fatuis left her home?"
Kaeya nodded her head. Lisa's calm feature became a concern one. "Well, she di一Master Jean," Lisa called out, when her emerald green eyes landed on the ocean eyes.
Her lovely blue eyes became sharp for a second but softened the next. She crossed her arms and cleared her throat. "Please call my apprentice, and Kaeya, don't you have something to do?" Jean asked.
"Yes, Master Jean. I'll be taking her leave."
