RWBY: Corrupted Save File

Part #14. Libraries and Games.

Nora: "Pancakes!" She stopped snoring abruptly.

Saffron: "Apparently not." He shrugged.

Sun: "Shut up. Don't be a nerd." He said to Neptune with absolutely zero hesitation.

Neptune: "Gehgehgehgeh. Intellectual, okay? Thank you." He told Sun.

Saffron: "Tell me who the protagonist of One Piece is, right now." He told Neptune.

Neptune: "Uhhh... What?" He asked.

Saffron: "Liar." He said before looking down at his book.

Neptune: "I'm Neptune." He introduced himself.

Weiss: "So, Neptune. Where are you from?" She asked.

Neptune: "Haven. And..." He walked over to Weiss.

Neptune: "I don't believe I caught your name, snow angel." He said to Weiss.

Saffron: "It's pronounced 'ice queen'." He pointed out.

Weiss: "Uhm... I'm Weiss." She introduced herself.

Jaune: "Are you kidding me?!" He whisper-screamed to himself.

Neptune: "Pleasure to meet you." He said to Weiss.

Sun: "I never took you as the board game-playing type. " He said to Blake.

Blake: "Right... Well, I think I'm done playing actually. I'll see you guys later." She said before standing up and walking away.

The group watched her walk away.

Nora: "Women." She shrugged.

Saffron: "Nora." He shrugged.

Yang "Ugh! We should've never let him play!" She said as Team RWBY walked into their dorm, along with Saffron.

Ruby: "You're just mad 'cuz the new guy beat you." She stated.

Ruby: "See, if you had just attacked when I told you, none of this would've happened." She pointed out.

Blake got up from her spot on her bed and began walking towards the door. Weiss raised her hand and pointed at Blake.

Weiss: "Stop." She told her.

Weiss: "Lately, you've been quiet, anti-social and moody." She pointed out.

Saffron: "That's a mood." He said.

Yang: "Uhhh... have you met Blake?" She asked.

Which, I get is kind of your 'thing'. But... you've been doing it more than usual. Which, quite frankly, is unacceptable. You made a promise to me, to all of us, that you would let us know if something was wrong." She said.

Weiss: "So. Blake Belladonna. She said before jumping into the air and back-flipping. She landed on a chair which Saffron placed in front of Blake and stood on the arm rest and back while pointing at Blake.

She hopped off of the chair and quickly put it back before returning back to her former spot.

Saffron: "That was some skill." He applauded Weiss.

Blake: "I just... I don't understand how everyone can so calm." She stated.

Ruby: "You're still thinking about Torchwick?" She asked.

Blake: "Torchwick, the White Fang, all of it. Something big is happening and no one is doing anything about it." She stated.

Yang: "Ozpin told us not to worry. Between the police and the huntsmen, I'm sure they can handle it." She told her.

Saffron tilted his head in confusion, Ozpin had never talked to him about not worrying. It took a moment, but Saffron realized that he was probably in the forest when Ozpin was going to talk to him.

Blake: "Well, I'm not! They don't know the White Fang like I do!" She stated.

Yang looked to her sister and shrugged.

Weiss: "Okay, between blowing up nightclubs, stopping thieves and fighting for freedom, I'm sure the three of you think you're ready to go out and apprehend these ne'er-do-wells..." She paused for a moment.

Ruby: "Uhhh.... Who?" She asked.

Saffron: "Uhmmm... I-I'm here too, Weiss..." He said quietly.

Weiss: "But let me once again be the voice of reason... We're students. We're not ready to handle this sort of situation." She stated.

Ruby: "Well, yeah, but--" She was cut off by Weiss.

Weiss: "We're not ready!" She stated.

Blake: "And we may never be ready! Our enemies aren't just gonna sit around and wait for graduation day." She said.

Saffron: "That'd be polite of them. But they're evil... so they're not polite." He deduced like an expert novice detective.

Blake: "They're out there somewhere, planning their next move, and none of us know what it is, but it's coming! Whether we're ready or not." She continued.

Ruby: "Okay! All in favor of  becoming the youngest huntresses to single-handedly bring down a corrupt organization conspiring to bring down the Kingdom of Vale... say 'aye'!" She spoke quickly.

Yang: "Yes! I love it when you're feisty." She said, point to Blake.

Weiss: "Well, I suppose it could be fun." She said with her arms crossed.

Ruby: "None of you said 'aye'..." She said sadly before looking towards the single male in the room.

Ruby: "Saffron?" She asked.

Saffron: "Hold on... I'm deciding if I'm okay with being called a 'huntress'." He said, holding up his index finger.

Saffron: "Okay, I've called myself worse things. Aye!" He raised his right arm and grinned.

Blake: "Alright then... we're in this together." She said.

Ruby: "Let's hatch a plan!" She said excitedly.

Yang: "Yeah!" She cheered.

Ruby suddenly gasped.

Ruby: "I left my board game in the library." She realized.

Weiss: "We're doomed." She said, losing all confidence in a second.

Ruby dashed out of the library, yelling "I'll be right back!" From the hallway. Saffron clicked his tongue and glanced around awkwardly.

Saffron: "I'm kinda salty that I didn't get to play." He told the three.
