Slowly he lowers her down onto the stone surface. The passion igniting their veins as their mouths start to make love with each other. Both caressing. Both loving the feel of the other.
Mark places his hands on either side of her head and breaks their kiss. He sets his forehead on her shoulder catching his breathe. He was trying to calm down. He had the desire to continue, but stopped for her.
He swallowed as he lifted up. "We should get back." He chuckled at the pout she was giving him. He leaned down and kissed her lip. "Sorry. I was getting very close to going too far."
She tilted her head to the side. "Too far?"
He leaned down and kissed her lightly again. "I don't want to push you without you wanting too. I was close to making love to you."
She looked down and took a deep breathe. "Oh." She breathed. Her cheeks going scarlet.
Mark tilted her chin up. Her eyes came up to his. "I will always make sure to stop something if I know it will be going too far for you." He took a deep breathe still his heart from racing away from him as his heart spoke for him. "I love you more than I can tell you."
She visibly softened under him. A soft sigh escaped her throat. "And I love you too." She said shyly.
Mark moaned as he captured her lips again. After a moment he broke them apart. "You might need to shift us back. I don't think I could climb down just yet."
Dawn couldn't help the giggle as the world shimmered around them. Soon they found themselves laying on the bed. The picnic blanket on top of the bedding. Mark still over top of her. Then he frowned at the soft little yawn that she covered up with her hand.
Mark leaned higher up and kissed her forehead. "Maybe you should rest some. That was a bit of a distance to shift from."
Another yawn as she nodded. "Just a little one."
He moved to his side as she rolls to hers. He smiled as he pulled a blanket up over her. He stroked her cheek. "Rest well." He whispered to her as he watched her drift off.
Their door cracked open and Diana gasped silently. "I didn't know you two were back. Sorry." She whispered before turning away.
Mark got up and collected the picnic basket. "It's okay. We just got back." He walked out of the bedroom and closed the door lightly. "She's just resting now."
He looked at Diana. "I have a plan I need your help with."
She raised an eyebrow. "My help?"
He smiled. "I want to make Dawn a romantic dinner tomorrow and will need someone to distract her for me."
Diana giggled. "That is easy with this group." She touched his arm. "Don't worry about anything."
He bowed his head in thank you. "I want her to know how much I do love her." He sighed as he leaned the back of his head against the door. "We actually said it to each other."
Diana clamped her mouth as she was about to squeal. "I'm so happy for you and Dawn."
Mark smiled with a blush. "Is it always like this?" He looked at her. "Always the feeling of walking on air?"
She giggled as she moved the vacuum that was in her hand over to the hiding alcove. "Yes, and you'll never stop."
Mark smiled more as he closed his eyes. "And I don't ever want to stop. She's my one and only. I know it deep down into my soul."
Diana smiled. "Why don't you go find Targ and talk about plans for tomorrow night? I should be in the library with Han."
Mark smiled as he walked over to her and kissed her hand. "Thank you."
She watched him walked down the stairs knowing he was different from the stories and when she saw him at Patience's wedding. How finding love could make anyone shine brightly. She hoped that the dark man that was hunting her would be found so they could continue to be happy together.
She giggled to herself as she walked to the room next to theirs. "Maybe there is another wedding in the future." She could only dream of that possibility.

Dawn woke and rubbed her sleepy eyes. She felt better, but as she looked around, she didn't find Mark anywhere. She felt a little lonely. She wanted him to be here when she woke, but shook herself of that feeling. She needed to learn not to lean on him so much. She had survived without him for so long.
She looked down at herself and figured she'd change before she went looking for him. Change into something more comfortable than her tight climbing clothes. She had already napped in them. No need to stay in them any longer.
Rising, she went to the wardrobe and retrieved a flowing dress that went down to her knees. She changed into it and a pair of ballet flats. The dress was sleeveless with thick shoulder straps. The pattern was simple and light with a bit of beadwork just around the scoop neckline.
Dawn reached the door and opened it just to giggle. Mark was there on the other side. His hand outstretched to take the door knob.
Slowly his mouth formed a smile. "I thought I felt you awake." She looked at him puzzled and he just moved his hand to her waist so he could pull her to him.
She placed her hands flat on her chest and blushed. "How would you know I was awake?"
He looped his arms around her waist. "You're my heart love. I can feel so many things with you." He tilted his head to the side and leaned forward till he was a hairs breathe away from kissing her. "I had felt a little antsy downstairs. Thus I knew you had woken." He bridged the gap and took her breathe away with another sweet kiss.
He pulled back after a lazy minute. "They're about to start another movie. Shall we go and check it out?"
She giggled breathlessly and in a daze nodding. "That would be lovely."
Mark smiled as he guided them through the mansion and down to the theatre room. There were several creations already down there relaxing on the couches with popcorn and snacks.
He guided her over to a couch and helped her sit down. "I'll get us some snacks before the movie starts." He kissed her cheek. "I'll be just a second." She smiled as she watched him go over to the snack station and bar.
He came back with a beer for himself and another wine cooler. In his other hand he had a small box of things. A small bag of popcorn. A few things of candy. Even a small bowl of chocolate drizzled fruit.
She giggled. "Where were those?" She asked pointing to the fruit.
He smirked. "I had made them for you while you slept. Thought you'd like the treat."
She leaned over and kissed his cheek. "Thank you."
He graced her cheek. "You're welcome."
The two settled back in their seat as the movie started. He delighted in hand feeding her the fruit. She'd blushed and he'd kissed her lips after every fruit. He never wanted to come down from heaven that was Dawn.
They enjoyed the movie. A romantic comedy. They even stayed to watch the second one eating a lazy dinner during it. Dawn had no idea she would like seeing movies as she did with Mark. He made them so very enjoyable. Especially when they would make out during a rather juicy scene on screen. Others would through popcorn at them to break up the make-out session. The two would just laugh and snuggle with each other.
