Weeeee, classes are finally over! I finally get to play with Tobio-kun today! I'm so excited! I wonder what we're gonna play today, Tobio-kun said he's gonna bring something later, I can't wait!
Oh, hello! My name's Y/N L/N. What's your name?
Oooh, what a cute name! I'm so jealous!
Here I am, packing all my things and rushing towards my house. I'm supposed to meet Tobio-kun by their house later!
Oh, I haven't told you, haven't I?
Tobio-kun and I are childhood best friends!
I can't really give you all the details, so I'll just keep this short. We met by the bookstore my aunt owns in the neighborhood, and we became friends because we both have the same tastes in manga! The one he was reading the day we met was one of the coolest series I've ever read! I was really happy to have met him!
He told me that day that he was just roaming around the neighborhood when he found this bookstore, searched for the bookcases and found this super cool series that we like! And then, I was sooo shocked when I found out that we were neighbors when we walked back home!
Ever since then, we would read the whole volume of the series, and since their family's rich, he would introduce me to some new manga he just bought! So cool...
But on class though, he acts cold to his classmates except me. I wonder why, though. Like, he has this death glare he sometimes show that makes everyone around him back off. So scary!
Anyways, enough about that now. I just came home and quickly changed into my outdoor clothes and rushed outside. His house was just a short walk from mine, but I feel so hyper right now I ran to it!
"Tobioooo-kuuuuunnn!!!"
"Ah--let go Y/N-san!"
"Heehee, let's play Tobio-kyuuun!"
"K-Kyun?!"
"Heehee, you don't like it?"
"I-It's not like that..." His face became reddish. It's so cute seeing him like that, because I'm the only person who gets to see him like this! Well, besides his parents of course.
I feel all giddy seeing him and his reactions! ...Why you ask?
Because I like him, of course!
Shh, don't tell anyone! I'm 9 and he's 10, so it's still not allowed! It's just a small crush though.
I peeked over his arms which he seem to hide from my view. As soon as I did that, he hid his arms from my view further. Ooh! Maybe he's hiding the thing he supposed to bring today! Ooh, challenge accepted!
"Hyaaaa!" I lunged forward and he threw his arms in defense. Unbeknownst to him though, he showed me the thing he brought.
...A volleyball.
Geez, what a volleyball maniac!
Oh, I haven't told you haven't I? He would show me volleyball manga sometimes during weekends. I pretty much don't like volleyball at first because it looks ouchie, but I grew to like it because of him!
"A-Ah..." He lowered his hands. It seems he noticed it already and his face turned into a deeper shade of red. So cute!
"W-Wanna play volleyball with me?" He shyly asked. My heart keeps on tumbling because of his actions. It makes me all go "gyuuuun" inside!
