"I hear you, I hear you.... Ugh," you roll out of bed and silence your alarm. You strech and check your phone.

Why are you up so late when you have a game??

You sent the message and groaned. "Need to change his contact name later.." You lay the phone on the bed, grab a change of clothes, and hop into the shower.
After the shower you put on black skinny jeans, f/c chunky sneakers, a ramen noodle t-shirt, and a matching black jean jacket. You brush your teeth, let your hair down, and fix your shirt.
You check yourself out in the mirror and throw up a few finger guns.
"Hey good looking!~ Ew, that's gross. Let's just go."
You grab an apple from the fridge, write a note for your parents, grab your board and leave.

It was pretty sunny out and there weren't that many clouds in the sky. You threw your board on the ground and started down the street.
It only took 15 minutes to walk to school, 10 by skateboard. You left pretty early so you decided to run a few errands really quick.
You went to the coffee shop and got a pomegranate smoothie, checked on Mrs. Kimichi and her flower shop and you checked on the local playground before heading to the school to see the match.
When you got to the gym the other team had already arrived. Alright, proper lady mode activate!
"Good morning," you bowed before entering the gym and left your board outside.
"Ah, y/n! What's up?" Lev ran up to you and gave you a high five.
"Hey Lev, are you all warmed up for the game?"
"Yup, ready to go" Lev smiled as Yaku called for him.
"Lev! Come practice your recieves before the game- oh? Hey y/n!" Yaku hollered. You shot him a smile.
You sat down on the bench and watched to boys practiced. You waved to Kuroo and he winked back. Disgusting.
"You must be the new manager?" You flinched and turned to see a very beautiful girl and a very cute one behind her.
"Oh, no no! I'm not the manager," you smiled at her. She smiled back. Oh wow, her smile looked so pretty. You could feel your self confidence dropping.
"So you're number 1's girlfriend then?"
"Pfft- he wishes." You laughed. "Ah! I'm sorry, I didn't introduce myself! I'm y/n" you bowed in front of them.
"My name is Kiyoko and this is Yachi."
You looked up and saw the petite blond peer over Kiyoko's shoulder. You smiled and she flinched.
Is she a first year? She seems so scared, poor baby..
"Nice to meet you. I'm just here to watch them play. You two are managers, huh?"
"Yes we are-"
"Kiyoko, do you think you could boost the younger one's mood a bit?" Behind the two managers was a silver hair boy with a beauty mark under his eye. "They're a little more nervous than usual, heh. Oh! Am I interrupting something?"
"No, I'll go talk to them."
"M-me too!" The two girls walked away, leaving you alone with the silver boy.
"Wow'" he muttered under his breath.
"Pardon?" The boy flushed and shook his head.
"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to say that out loud.." The boy averted his eyes and you giggled at his shyness. "It's just... You're really pretty..."
You smiled. "Thank you! You don't look to bad yourself, snowflake!"
"Really? Aw, than-"
"Sugawara!" The silver boy turned to his teammates and back at you.
"I have to go, it was nice meeting you," the boy called "sugawara" jogged off to his team and you focused your attention on the court.
What a nice boy.
What an annoying boy..
Kuroo thought as he watched your interaction between Sugawara. The boy was called to his team and Kuroo was relieved. He didn't like seeing other boys talk to you.
Wait what? Y/n can talk to whoever she wants! But she was smiling at him... What do I care? She smiles at everyone.
Kuroo looked at you and made eye contact. You threw him a goofy grin accompanied by a peace sign. He smiled and went back to his warm up.
But I'd feel a whole lot better if she only smiled at me....
