Elena had just gotten fired from her job her friends took her out to the bar. She was drunk and in a mood to have some fun for once.
Kol had a long day his assistant constantly flirting with him even after he said the one night that they had was just that he goes to the club and he ends up getting tipsy and isn't really in his right mind.
Him and Elena get to talking and have a one night stand agreed that their was no strings attached.
6 weeks later she had already been puking her guts out for two weeks her best friend forces her to get a pregnancy test
she does and finds out she is pregnant she wants to do it all alone
But that all changes when she goes to the doctor and does the blood test and she finds out that she has a deadly type of anemia and she could die having this baby
So she gets the ultrasound and tracks him down she didn't remeber his first name but did remember him telling her he was a Mikaelson
she goes to his office the receptionist lets her up and she tells him
His sister who works in the building does a paternity test and finds out that Elena could die
Elena didn't want anything happen knowing that the chance of her suriving her pregnancy was slim but sparks did fly and she prayed to god that at the end of that pregnancy when her baby came she didn't have to go
Caroline knowing the risk of her best friend when she was to give birth called Katherine Elena's twin and her brother to come to town. Even if the three were at odds they would do anything for eachother anything to save their sister
There is a lot going on but will they be able to form an unexpected love out of all this heart ache.
