Today was the first day of 11th grade. Derek shepherd was tired and excited about today because today he would show his teachers that he was worthy and trying to make a change in life but he knew when he got to school it was going to always be a completion between him and Meredith grey. Meredith Grey and Derek Shepherd hated each other ever since 3rd grade when Meredith became line leader all the way up to this day. Every boy wanted Meredith Grey well every boy except Derek shepherd. Meredith and Derek absolutely hated each other and neither of them thought it that would ever change. 

Meredith was popular, pretty, smart god so smart, sporty, and overall a really fun person to be around she wasn't a stuck up bitch like most girl's were in Derek's school he was thankful for that but she always wanted to prove Derek wrong in any situation. And Derek, on the other hand, was like a boy version of Meredith he was cute, sporty, smart, and also popular but he was an arrogant son of a bitch but it was kinda hot. 

Derek's POV

I woke up to a familiar noise it was my alarm clock beeping like crazy "Shit" I whispered to myself I looked at the alarm clock to turn it off it was already 7:38 in the morning I was going to be late to school on the first day. I got out of bed and started rushing to get dressed I had it already laid out yesterday so I would be able to pick it up and dress into it quick. I brushed y teeth did my hair it didn't take long since I had curly hair. I washed my face with a wet cloth then put my clothes on I had laid out a grey and white striped hoodie with a jean jacket to go over it and some light blue jeans with the knee part ripped. I looked good. I looked at my phone it was already 8 o'clock I saw the bus pull up to the end of my street with mark my best friend waiting for me. I grabbed my bag and ran down the stairs I notice none of my sisters were here they probably left before me considering they always woke up at 6 to go through their full beauty routine. I ran out of the house locked the door and ran to mark.

"Hey man finally I thought you were going to miss that first day of school" Mark stated to me 

"Yeah I know I woke up late," I said back to him as we were walking up the stairs on the bus until I saw Meredith come on behind me.

I saw she was eating a piece of toast. Mark kept checking out Meredith I knew he had a small crush on her but I never minded it. Then Mark started to talk 

"You just get getting hotter and hotter every day Grey," Mark said, and Meredith...Started blushing and then replied to Mark with...

"Not a chance Mark, plus I have my eyes on the lookout on someone else" she stated to Mark and me. I bet she regretted saying that because we kept testing her about it wanting to know who until she changed the subject quickly.

Hey, did anyone of you get your first kiss yet?" She asked Mark, of course, would've said yes till we saw Preston, Addison, and teddy get on the bus. I always assumed she didn't like Addison caus she was kinda bossy and apparently had a big crush on me but I never confronted her about it. I and Mark left the conversation to talk to Addison and Preston.

I heard Meredith squealed "me too" but I didn't know what she was talking about because I was talking to Addie, mark, and Preston. Then 10th and 9th graders came on the bus and started to talk to each other. After the bus stopped at our school Seattle Grace HighSchool we all got out and saw Meredith put in her headphones and sit in her seat next to Teddy.  

Hi this is going to be my first fanfic and its a second story and continued version of A Crack In My Heart and it's in Derek's pov ill do Meredith too when I get to it but for now, it's just Derek and it will be mature language and scenes just so you know later I promise please enjoy it:)
