"Remind me to never enter that mess of a bar again," mumbled Andrew as he scratched the back of his nape as they walked through the alleyway.

"The individuals there.. are quite intriguing," commented Laurence sarcastically.

CC-M391 began to bark, growling at the building walls that surrounded them.

"Why is this dog still following us?" complained Andrew.

"Were you hoping for the dog to get lost in the bar?" asked Maurice as he tried to pet the dog, but failed to do so as the dog tried to bite his fingers, "Dogs like these are loyal. They do their best to defend their master, regardless of their programming. It's really a shame they had to be wiped out."

"Can you at least shut the dog up?" asked Andrew, glaring at it, "It's constant barking would get us caught by the two men. We can't hide and gather information with it being so loud."

Zwimp!

Andrew stood still in shock, his cheek opening up with a cut. Something had just tried to snipe him

"Get down!" yelled Maurice as he pushed Andrew to the ground, "Maria! Any idea who's shooting at us?"

"I'm not detecting any carbon dioxide from outside forces near this place," announced Marie, "There could be a sniper from far away.. or there's a chance that a robot is trying to hunt us down."

"Hey!" yelled Andrew, getting Maurice off of him, "There's no way that robots could try to kill people!"

That's when Laurence noticed the projectile that had scraped off of Andrew's cheek. It looked like a miniature vial. This vial didn't seem like it could've been shot out from a normal weapon like a gun.

"Don't move," warned Marie, "Laser Alpha is already in effect."

"Laser Alpha?" asked Andrew.

Suddenly, a figure swooped down from above, claws coming out of their fists, ready to pierce into Andrew and Maurice.

"They've found out our location!" yelled Andrew, trying to get up.

"Maria told you not to move!" yelled Maurice, pulling Andrew back and keeping him down on the ground.

"We'll die if we don't move!"

"You'll die anyway if you get up!"

Laser Alpha.

As the figure swooped down, it passed a laser that was set up in the alleyway. Upon passing the laser, Marie's back transformed, shooting missiles and shooting multiple projectiles right at the figure. The multitude of missiles had very few explosion power, but packed a punch to ensure the death of anyone who crossed the laser.

Crash!

Pieces of metal rained from the sky. Andrew couldn't believe his eyes. The figure that swooped down was a robot! A robot that was trying to kill him! Marie turned off Laser Alpha. It was useless to use it at this point since their enemies would know where the lasers are now.

"There are about two enemies left," said Marie as they rushed down the alleyway, "They're probably chasing us right now, but we'd have to prepare for a full frontal assault."

"And don't even think to try and call for backup," said Maurice, "In these alleyways, they'll be done with you before the cops arrive."

A robot jumped from the rooftops in front of Andrew, already trying to slice him with the claw. Andrew quickly reacted and dodged the attack, pulling out his taser to tase the robot.

Except his taser wasn't in his pocket.

"Oh, my bad about that Andrew," mumbled Maurice, scratching his head, "I figured you should have found out how to actually fight instead of just relying on your taser. So I left your taser back at Kakegurui.

This is probably the worst time to do that.."

Andrew got kicked in the stomach by the robot, but Marie shot missiles at it, causing a few dents and sending the robot back a few feet.

"Andrew, punch it to the ground now!" yelled Maurice.

Andrew, with all his might, put his hand into a fist and punched the robot. He hurt himself in the process and didn't manage to knock the dazed robot down. Maurice went ahead to face the robot.

"This thing isn't a human!" yelled Andrew in pain, "It's a robot! It hurts when you punch it!"

"There's a little trick to taking down any foe regardless of what they're made up of," smiled Maurice as he tightened his fist, plunging his leg onto the ground, "It's called the weight of gravity, adding on extra force to ensure that it'll make enemies stumble!"

Maurice swung his fist, with extra force added on from the weight of gravity, punching the robot and causing it to fall down. There was barely any bruise on Maurice's knuckles.

"I didn't even hit him that hard," smiled Maurice smugly, "Gravity did all of the trick!"

Suddenly, Laurence was shot by a vial to the neck. He fell down instantly, snoozing away. Maurice, Andrew, CC-M391, and Marie looked around to find the last enemy.

"I forgot about that one entirely," mumbled Maurice, "There were two clawers, and one gunner robot: the robot that tried to shoot us in the first place. It seems like their vial bullets are sharp enough to pierce metal. It's safe to say that their initial goal was to capture us rather than kill us.

That changed instantly when we fought back."

"We still don't know where that last robot is, right?" asked Andrew as he checked up on Laurence's body.

CC-M391 began to bark and run around through the alleyway, beckoning for them to follow him.

"Marie, stay here and take care of Andrew's robot," smiled Maurice, "Andrew and I will have a little teaching moment."

"Are you insane?" asked Andrew, standing up, "Are you seriously leaving behind our only firepower against this robot?"

"Firepower isn't all that's needed to take down robots," warned Maurice, "It's about time that you learned not to rely on them. Robots can do amazing things, but humans are the ones who've made them. Come on! Let's go before CC-M391 loses their trail!"

Andrew hesitantly followed Maurice and CC-M391 into the long cold alleyway.
