"Yeah. Totally."

By the familiar expressions on their faces, like in horror movies, Aina felt they should leave immediately. "Yes. Indubitably." Her words came out choppy but very clearly.

"I've never met recruits so eager to finish training!" Barbara beamed.

All of a sudden, Garbile's maniacal laughter filled the air. "Training's over!"

The chute rumbled and everyone froze, as a huge blast erupted out of the chute.

"Hey! You two started this fight, now let's finish it!" Garbile demanded, pacing in his makeshift boxing ring, creating mini Garbiles that changed the word "fight" over and over.

"I should have never stopped that tutorial." Miko apologized.

"And I never should have started the game."

It took a hot second, but the teens finally understood what they needed to do and smiled to each other in approval.

"Let's give him a grunge match." Five concluded.

After getting back into the Training Simulation, a plan was formulated into stopping Garbile. Going all out as his in-game rival to life, Sanitron. They didn't expect getting scooped up in as pilots, but the teens managed to fit in Sanitron's head and hd their own controller.

It was time to take Garbile down.

"It's go-time, y'all!" Jodi cracked her knuckles and readjusted her grip on the controller.

"You want a fight, you got one!" Miko yelled.

"Garbile Versus Sanitron! Fight" An automated announcer exclaimed.

They ran towards the glitch as Garbile grabbed hold of Sanitron's arm.

"The crowd goes wild! Four scrappy young newcomers have taken over this ring!" Five announced, pressing the buttons on his controller.

Garbile landed a punch to Sanitron's gut and picked him overb his shoulder and spun him around. The glitch tossed his opponent into the cockpit. He threw them out of the ring and against the wall where Phil, and the others were trapped and Missed his face by inches. Fortunately, Sanitron got back on his feet so Five could launched the next attack.

"Eat color-safe detergent, slime-stain!" He shot pure detergent and left a gaping whole in the Glitch's chest.

"Nice one, Five!" Jodi cheered.

The gaping hole closed up, and Garbile countered with gunk bombs. Jodi's thumbs moved across the control and evaded the attacks.

"Come at me bro!" Five goaded, sticking his face through the screens with a hyped up expression.

The wrestler's arms extended like drills to knock the teens down. Luckily, they easily cut through it with Sanitron's gloved hands. They finally angered Garbile enough form his makeshift boxing ring begun to swirl around him. Everyone blasted their way through the filth but got sucked into the tornado of slime.

"Yeah! I got it!" Five exclaimed, mashing buttons to focus his shots upwards, diverting from the tornado and crashing down onto mini Garbiles.

"Excellent! Hit combo! Destructive!" The announcer said as the teens joined in for a free-for-all.

Firing detergent grenades into the tornado, the explosion caused a chain of blue smoke, clearing the junk away. Garbile found the chance to sneak attack on Sanitron with his extendable arm, out of their view. Miko acted quickly and replicated the pattern perfectly to ignite Sanitron's head beam, knocking over Garbile and allowed all four teens to see again.

"Nice job, Miko!" Jodi complimented.

"But the trash, it was supposed to take you out!" Garbile stammered, pointing to the teens in the cockpit with a missing arm.

Miko laughed. "Smell you later!"

"I guess this just isn't your game," Five mocked.

"Maybe you'll have to spend the rest of your life sitting in nothing but detergent and failure." Aina snickered.

"Final Finish!" The announcer declared.

All four of the trainees pressed their purple buttons to activate Sanitron's finishing move: five pulses of purified water that shot out different outlets from Sanitron's body, eliminating Garbile and polished the filth he created. The mighty cleaning robot reverted back to a toilet with animated words over it: Sanitron Wins.

A little fart noise sounded when the teenagers popped out of it.

"Now that was a tutorial," Miko affirmed, punching the air energetically. A rush of adrenaline flowed through Aina's veins as well, and she embraced the girl tightly.

"Hey! No fair!" Garbile squeezed in his root Glitch form.

"So...is that Garbile?" Five crouched down to get a closer look.

"When a glitch's energy signature is depleted, it reverts back to root form." BITT instructed capturing Garbile. "Where it can be stored back on the sever with the rest of the corrupt files."

"That's what all those games were? Glitched game files?" He inquired worriedly.

"It's a pretty extensive database," Barbara suddenly cut in, her glasses twisted and hair in a mess. In one swift motion, it was all back in place. "At least when I was a Glitch Tech." She chuckled.

"Barbara, I'm not sure what to say here, but if there is anything I can do to keep you from shutting us down-"

"Don't think anything of it, Phil. Yeah, we had complaints about that tutorial for years. But your on-the-job training method proves four cadets can defeat a mid-level glitch with nothing but their own wits!"

"An egg salad was also and instrument at one point!" Miko added.

"My "on-the-job training method"?" Phil questioned.

"As for the inspection of your branch...everything seems to be in order." Barbara concluded happily.

"Wow, Barbara. I really owe you one." Phil confessed.

"And I won't forget it." The inspector told him gravely, keeping her grading tablet inside her vest.

"Yeah! You just got inspected by Inspector Number Seven! Peace!" Barbara did a little dance and turned to leave HQ. "Great catching up!"

Phil looked at the trainees with a stern look. "Do you four know how lucky we all are that she didn't shut this whole branch down?" He yelled.

"We're never gonna become Glitch Techs, are we?" Five asked meekly.

"You're gonna be Glitch Techs all right." Phil promised the quartet

"Yay!" The four teens cheered.

"After you finish that tutorial."

"Yay!" Five cheered once more, racing to the Simulator besides Jodi while Aina stood by Miko, who was blowing a long raspberry.

Aina grabbed Miko's hand and dragged her. "Come in, if we get there now, we can finish, and then we can become Glitch Techs." She reassured to the sour girl.

The night was chilly and the moon was concealed by a thick layer of clouds. Barbara sat in her van to make a report with her tablet, as it closed a light blue. "Well, this place is still a dump, but the subject and her friends continue to show remarkable potential. With the right training, they can be an asset to the company."

"Continue to keep us posted." A mysterious voice answered on the other end of the call. "These may be the Techs that can help us locate Bolypius."

Barbara thought to herself for a moment to inquire something she noticed. Something she believed could be useful information.

"I noticed that this new trainee, Aina, had a prosthetic - well hidden, but after years of being a Glitch Tech, I've gotten familiar with the presence."

"She will be importance of due time. Observe them all. The plan is already in motion."
