Y/N's pov

Everest put me and Yi on his back and started running away. I heard Jin screaming my name behind me, i knew he could get really nervous at situations like this. I turned my head around and tried to tell him that it's okay. He seemed to calm down a little but then i couldn't see him anymore because we were too far away.

~a lil time skip~

Y/N's pov

Yi jumped on the boat and i followed her. Jin started screaming at us to go back right now but of course we didn't listen to him. Instead Peng jumped on the boat. He almost fell into the water but Everest caught him.

Jin's mouth dropped to the floor as he realised that he needs to jump too. Jin jumped, leaving me kinda shocked, but i know he needs to do it because of Peng.

Jin looked down at his now dirty shoes and gasped "My babies" he sobbed. The rest of us just laughed at his silly reaction.

After some time Yi, Everest and Peng were already asleep and they were all cuddling together. I sat on a box and watched at the stars. I didn't get to see them a lot, in our city there's mostly just a lot of lights so we can't actually see stars but right now i could and they were absolutely beautiful.

I heated someone coming from behind me, but i didn't bother to look at who it is, since i already knew it was Jin anyway. I took a deep breath and hoped that he wouldn't start a conversation with me and if he would i really hope he won't be able to see my blush because it's too dark.

"Hey" he said awkwardly as he sat next to me. "Hi" i replied, my eyes meeting his. "So..." we both started in one voice. Then we both laughed and looked away to hide the blush. After a few minutes of silence Jin decided to speak up. "Well what have you been doing the last few years? I mean i saw you but we never really talked" he said. "Jeez i wonder why" i said and gave him a glare. Jin tensed up and i sighed "It's okay Jin." i started "i can't be mad at you for being friends with other people. I guess i just thought we'd be friends forever you know?" i said and looked away. "Y/N i never wanted to stop being your friend" he said. "But why did you do it then? I mean at some point you didn't even talk to me and i would say hi and you wouldn't even reply to me, you'll just walk past me. If you wanted to be my friend you'd atleast explained why were you ignoring me." i said and sighed as we were still looking at stars. "I-. I don't know Y/N. I was just such an idiot i shouldn't leave you alone." he said. "What do you mean by 'were'? You were literally that guy all these years and till a few hours ago Jin. If you wanted to be friends you would just need to talk to me... " i said. Jin sighed and put his head in his hands "I know Y/N. I just. I mean. Well you went from being my best friend to absolutely hating me. I never really thought that you'd even wanna be friends with me. So i just kept it the way things are." Jin said, his head still in his hands. I patted his back and said "It's okay Jin. I was acting like an idiot too. It was on both of us" Jin stood up and so did i. He turned to me and said "Y/N can we please bw friends again? I can't do this anymore i miss you so much" he said as he stared straight into my soul. "Yes please" i said. Then we both smiled. "Let's go to sleep okay? I'm pretty sure that we have an interesting day in front of us." Jin said. I nodded but before he could walk away I hugged him. He hugged back and i smiled into his shoulder like an idiot. "I've missed you Y/N" he said softly. "I missed you too." i replied and we both pulled away.

I went to Everest and decided to sleep next to everyone else so i cuddled into Everest. I smiled at the thought that me and Jin are friends again, i just kinda wish we could be more.

I fell asleep pretty fast, and so did Jin, but he decided to sleep on the floor.

~time skip to morning~

Y/N'S POV

"Hey Y/N" a voice said. "Mom i don't have school today leave me alone" i replied clenching on Everest even tighter. The voice laughed and picked me up i quickly opened my eyes and saw Jin smiling at me. "Let me down" i said with a baby voice. "Of course princess" Jin said and laughed. I blushed as he let me down and looked away. Jin used to call me princess when we were like 5 and it's just so weird to hear him call me by that nickname again.

Yi walked up to me and whispered "What happened between you and Jin huh?" a huge grin appeared on her face. "Uh.. Um" i didn't exactly know what to say because i was kinda too embarrassed to think. "Are you two dating?" Yi asked. I blushed. "What?! No!" i answered and she laughed.

Meanwhile Jin was on the phone talking to his mom. "Yeah Yi and Y/N came too" he said in annoying voice and we glared at him. "Wait really? You're with Y/N? Are you two finally friends again? Can i please hear her? I haven't talked to her in a while." a voice said through his phone, Jin face slapped himself and i started looking into the ground, everyone else just laughed. "Yeah you can talk to Y/N" Jin said and handed me the phone. "Hi" i said into the phone happily. Jin's mom was really nice and she was great friends with my mom so she would often come and visit us and my mom. She really wanted Jin and me to be friends again so she was really excited to hear that i'm with him. "Hello sweetheart how are you?" she said. "I' m good, thanks for asking what about you?" i replied. "Well i'm just excited to see that you two are getting along" she said. "Uhh yea we um are." i replied really awkwardly. "Well that's amazing news, have fun guys" she said. "Thank you, we will, bye" i said and we finished the phonecall.

"I can't belive you made me lie to my own mother" Jin said. "Stop making a big deal out of it. It's not like you haven't done that before" i replied, while typing something into his phone. "What? I have never! And give me back my phone now" he said. "Yea yea in a second mr. Obsessed" i replied. "And you have lied remember when we were in first grafe and you-" i couldn't finish the sentence because Jin put his hand over my mouth. "Okay okay we get it Y/N" he sighed. I laughed. "Here's your phone" i handled him over the phone "And what did you do to it?" he asked. "Don't worry i didn't do anything. I just saved my number in it" i replied. Jin smiled and that smile literally melted me on the inside, how can he be so perfect. "Oh okay" he said. We were practically just staring at each other for a while. "Well lovebirds what are we going to do now?" Yi said. Me and Jin broke the eye contact and both shot Yi a death glare. "We're not" i said and Jin nodded. "Sure you're not" Yi said in a sarcastic tone and smirked.

"Okay but really what are we gonna do now?" i asked Jin. "We all are going to wait for the next boat and Everest will need to find his own way." Jin said. "Jin you know he won't make it on his own." i told him. "Of course he would! Do you see how big head he has? That must mean he has big brains too, he's probably smarter than we are" Jin said. "You really think so?" i sighed. "Yep" Jin said. "Well let me prove you wrong." i said and called Everest.

He came here and i explained how will he go home. Everest seemed to be listening but when i finished he started jumping over the chalk picture and he clearly didn't understand anything at all. "What were you saying Jin?" i smirked at him. "You just love proving me wrong don't you?" he sighed and i laughed "Yea, yea i really do." i said.

"We're still going back home" Jin said. "What? You can't possibly think that we'll just leave him alone!" i said. "Look Y/N i'm sorry but we can't just go to Everest on our own, we're just kids!" Jin said. I sighed "I know but we have to try Jin" "Y/N i won't try to stop you or Yi. But Peng and i are going home for sure and i really hope you could do the same to." he said. I looked down to the ground. Jin stepped and put his hand on my shoulder "Please Y/N. For me?" he said and i took a deep breath and took a step back. "I'm sorry Jin" i said my gaze not leaving the ground. Then i turned around and started walking to Yi, Peng and Everest.
