A stranger interrupts the party

Music came from the ballroom, engulfing the space with violin notes of purity and small chatter from the crowd, dancing and drinking. They knew the risk of such sound, but Selsmire Citadel has one of the most solid fortresses of the East Land. A collection of warm radiation of a wealthy population was a danger to the creatures outside the walls, but haughty monarchs and darlings in corsets thought wrong about their stand in the hierarchy.

"Miss Roserock," a charming young man reached out his hand towards a beautiful lady. His smile burst fire upon the woman's cheeks as her green eyes rounded before him. "May I have this dance?"

Enchanted by the music enveloping the moment, Miss Roserock placed her pale hand into his. She marched with grace behind the tall prince charming, following him to the center of the ballroom. were

They both danced in circles fingers softly intertwined while staring into each others' eyes. One hand on her hip, one hand on his shoulder, their bodies were close until the young man made her swirl under his hand, with delicacy, before holding her back and tilting over her. A kick of her delicious perfume infiltrated his nose, stimulating the feelings he had for Miss Roserock.

Shocked, the brunette lady could feel the man's breath blowing softly against her neck. With his hand supporting her weight, their warm bodies were back close one to another.

"Miss Roserock..." the young man spoke very low. His eyes admired the flush on her face. His heartbeat resonated in his chest when the decision was made up in his mind. His gaze lowered to her plump parted lips before leaning forward.

Miss Roserock froze under the pressure of a first kiss. Her heart raced as their hot lips touch. Their flame hypnotized the surrounding. Some chatter of jealousy broke through the classical music played by the small orchestra; many eyes glued their attention upon the share of one man's interest to a beautiful damsel.

Disturbing the magic happening on the reflecting dancefloor, the large doors opened, creaking into the room. The violins paused and the chatters silenced as well. All eyes darted at the entrance. In front of the blinding light stood a boy. From his inappropriate outfit, giggles rose.

The face of the adolescent loosened when his big blue eyes noticed all the royal dresses, the hair all coiffed and the men in costumes. He then grinned with a scratch behind his head, "my bad, this isn't the kitchen I guess." The young stranger left as silence stalled in the room before Miss Roserock's jaw dropped.

"Woaaaahhhh who is he?" She groaned loudly, pushing the prince charming off of her. Hearts appeared in her eyes as she squealed and babbled about the intruder that had stolen her young heart within three seconds.

Miss Roserock grabbed her gown and chased after the boy with a crush on her mind. She left Prince Charming confused and alone, but soon ladies gathered around him like groupies, all fighting to have the next dance with him.

"The kitchen," Miss Roserock rushed in heels, crossing halls after halls of the castle, "he was looking for the kitchen."

Passing by a corridor opening, she slipped on the shiny tiles before grabbing the corner of the wall. Her green eyes sparkled at the sight of him.

Blankly immobile, the informally dressed boy's eyes met hers, peeking. Miss Roserock gasped, but her gaze stared forever. His tall figure with dark brown, wavy hair hogged the arched passageway. Compared to her expensive purple gown, he wore black sneakers stained by usury, tight black pants, fitting his sculpted legs. Miss Roserock could barely hold her heart in her chest at the sight of his thighs. Plus, the pine green vest over his shoulders drowned his tiny waist, synched by his white tucked shirt.
