Quirk~ Mutant Ice
Mutant Ice is a quirk that makes it's owner faster and stronger than humans.
It allows them to travel in a hazy, mist like form.
It also gives them the ability to adapt to sunlight and the power to render themselves invisible, provided they are powerful enough it gives it's owner the power to read minds aswell as mind control.
Not only does mutant ice make it's owner stronger it also gives them the ability to shift into different creatures, including people, although a set back to mutant ice is that any creature, other than humans, that the owner shifts into, will have a white coat/feathers/scales etc.
The owner can also generate and control ice at will in any form and can freeze anything they touch.
This quirk and it's abilities grow stronger with time and age.
