As Dhora gets ready to go to the hospital. She gets a call from her friend Liam. She answered and first she heard static."you......can't..."she hears through the phone."What?Liam?What I can't? Heh?" she asked in a impatient tone."Yo bro I don't have time right now I gotta gooo" she cuts the call. She thought to herself about how weird that call was and she shrugged it off because Liam was a little bit of the weird kid so he was probably just acting up again. In the car Dhora's mom asked her what they should get for lunch after seeing the doctor as her favorite thing is eating all her friends know this, it's her best hobby. At the end of the ride at the hospital Dhora notices a girl hanging out all by herself being sad and droopy in on of the windows."she must be a patient" thought Dhora. She turned to her mother and asked:"Is the fourth floor a children's ward?"
